BEST CLEANERS IN TOWN. I dropped off my dresses, skirts, and shirts to get them dry cleaned. I also dropped off 2 of my pants to get hemmed. The service here is fast, with great prices and wonderful customer service. Since that great experience, I knew that I found the perfect place that I can trust and afford.
I travelled to Florida to be at my brother's engagement when a day before the occasion, I realised that there was a stain on my suit's shirt! My brother drove us to the Town Centre Cleaners, as he said it's closer to his house and they produce quick, efficient service. We gave them the shirt and I was so shocked when we saw the result; the ladies made it as if there wasn't a stain at all... in the same day! This place is a lifesaver which I recommend to everyone.
I had a horrible experience with them. I took a dress in for simple alterations (to be cut off and hemmed). Not only did they not cut off part of the dress but the hem was very sloppy, crooked & raggedy. I took the dress back to speak with them about getting a refund. They would not refund my money but offered to fix the dress. I came back when they told me the dress was ready to find out that the alterations still were not correct and were still sloppy. The ladies are rude and unprofessional. My dress is botched. If you are looking for fine tailoring and professional customer service this is NOT the place to go.
Been taking cleaning here for over one year with no issue to date. Recently, I took a pair of pants in for lengthening of hemm/cuff. Unfortunately, because I needed 1.25" of material to do the job and there was not enough, it couldn't be done. HOWEVER, the ladies said they could lengthen pants to a straight finished cuff if I didn't mind the look and since it was an easy job, they could turn around pants in one day and do the job for FREE. That's worth a 5 Star review!
I've used this place a couple of times as it's very near my house, $6 for a full suit. Today I ran in to grab a suit jacket and a comforter that I dropped off - $43.80! I was stunned to say the least. $36 just for the comforter! She said, "Sorry, that's our prices." Well, I'm sure you'll stay busy because you're the only cleaner in Town Center, but you'll never get another dime from me or my family.
Best Cleaners in town!!! My family and I have been going here for almost 7 years, the ladies are awesome and the customer service is phenomenal. I took my prom dress there and needed it altered and they did an amazing job, they were very patient with me when I tried it on and told them exactly how I wanted the length altered and dress to be more fitted and they did exactly what I wanted and more! I would so recommend this place to anyone in town 👍 Thank you ladies for all the great work
