Jenn is AMAZING to work with on so many levels. She made our weekly sessions so fun due to her funny, straight forward, no-nonsense style. She got my body "wedding ready" and I can still to this day do 12+ push ups, something I could never do before. She gave me endless recipe's and great "swaps" for sugar and other processed, bad for you foods. I'm now lucky enough to be able to Skype with her to keep myself on track. I get just as much out of it and look forward to it every week. She keeps me on track both physically and mentally and I can't imagine my life without her!

I have worked with Jenn for over 3 years and she is a fantastic trainer! She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, allows for individual differences, conscientious, reliable, funny and very passionate about health, fitness and nutrition. She always asks about any new aches, pains, or injuries and easily adapts our workouts to accommodate any unexpected physical limitation. Due to my travel schedule, Jenn and I alternate between in-person and Skype sessions. Her flexibility to accommodate my travel allows me to maintain my 2x/week training schedule. I would highly recommend the Skype option for those with a busy travel or commuting schedule. From my perspective, there is no qualitative difference and the technology option takes away all the excuses, such as "I'm out of town", "having car trouble", etc. Jenn's expertise, style and variety of training activities means I'm never bored but always challenged. I had several goals when I initiated a personal training experience: muscle definition, strength, body toning, increased flexibility, improved balance--my time with Jenn has helped to improve all those areas. She has worked with me through a broken foot, sprained ankle, tender knees and strained neck! We all consider personal training for a variety of reasons and at different stages of our life. Although I'm in my 60's, I understand and believe in finding the time to take care of myself. I wish I had the discipline to strength train on my own, but I have shamelessly accepted the fact that I need the support. Jenn, through her personal training services, provides a quality of life that is extremely important. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, at any age, who wants coaching and support in the area of health, fitness or nutrition.

Jenn is one of the most knowledgeable and professional people I have the pleasure of knowing. What makes her even more special is that she makes workouts fun and silly while she's paying close attention to form. Her descriptive cues to describe an exercise are so spot on that you almost immediately assume the perfect form. Jenn is simply a wonderful coach, trainer and professional.
