I've never been into working out, but since I've gone to the group personal training class I'm really enjoying it. Scott makes you feel welcome from the first time and makes sure you know everyone. He thinks he's really funny so it makes the time go by fast. I like that I can go at my own pace but am still continually challenged and leave with a great workout. Definitely recommend if you're looking to get fit, join a workout community and occasionally hear a good joke or two.

My husband and I have been looking for personal training sessions and came across Scott's info as he was on the top five trainers in Denver. He literally spent an hour on our first call, I was really impressed as he took his time to explain the importance of diet, workout and strengthening your muscles. We are on our 10th session with him. It's been life changing to work out with Scott as he will keep you busy with individual workouts (designed for your body need) and his humor. I have serious back pain issues but since the workouts I see a big difference as how much my back is improving. We all get so busy in life but there is no better way to make life little better by committing to your body. No better way than having the right person to motivate you. Thank you so much Scott

Been training with Shazam (Scott) for five months now and the results have been great. He knows his stuff. If you want to get in shape, talk to Scott. His stories ( and music knowledge)alone will keep you going back to the gym.

While serving in the United States Marine Corps with Trainer Scott, he took me on as a personal test subject during the Summer of 2000. Within a mere 3 weeks his thorough strength training, diet, and lifestyle regimen brought me from 210 lbs. of average build to 225 lbs. of lean, mean muscle mass. In just a short time, the other Marines in our unit were shocked at my transformation, and my body and overall health improved even more from that point. Flash forward nearly 20 years... I am on a recent health kick in the Spring of 2018, and have decided to get back in shape, and I discovered something amazing. Scott’s training philosophy, methods, technique, and motivation are still fresh in my mind and are producing the same great results in practical application as they did all those years ago in the Corps. I’m getting ripped while employing his training, and my girlfriend is very grateful. ;) Thanks, Scott! My friend, fellow Marine, and timeless motivator. If you live in the Denver area and don’t hire Scott as your personal trainer, you will not get the maximum results that I got and am getting still to this day. Do yourself a favor. He will change your life for the better. Oorah!

Scott is great! He is very knowledgeable and excited about what he does. After every work out I feel accomplished. Scott pushes you to strengthen ever part of your body in an effective manner. What I was missing. I would strongly recommend him if you are looking to get yourself tip top shape.

I have been training with Scott now for 2 months and can already feel the effects of his work outs. Scott’s approach to personal training is very unique and you will see results quickly, we havent done the same work out twice. He is full of energy and passion. Highly recommend him if you want results.

My experience (6 months now) with trainer Scott Harwood has been excellent. His vast knowledge of both nutrition and exercise is truly amazing; and his ability to personalize each session to the individual's unique fitness level, age, specific condition or limitations makes him a highly effective personal trainer! Combined with a great sense of humor; and ability to communicate effectively; - one of a kind. I recommend him highly!

In three weeks time, working out with Scott for a 1/2 hour 2 times per week, I have more energy, feel stronger, and am sleeping more soundly. He’s fun to workout with, makes the time pass super fast, and the workout is different every time I’m with him. I always look forward to our sessions!

Personal training with Scott at the gym in my complex is the best! It's great that he can come to me. Since training with Scott I have gained so much muscle and have a lot more stamina in even my day to day activities. I definitely recommend him as a trainer!
