My family had the worst experience ever! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Their air conditioning did not work in bridal suites, tv/cable did not work. The staff for reception were very rude to the family and guest. They also messed up my sister's music when she walked down aisle and when I did, and they were laughing at the same time! The staff told the family and guest they could only have certain foods that my sister and brother n law paid for!! Horrible service all the way around.... Mr. Owner, I was not misinformed about anything! YOUR STAFF did exactly what I said they did! Instead of you getting on here trying to down play what you and your staff did, how about you address the fact that my mother almost passed out due to no AIR! They did mess up the music and most certainly were laughing! Don't you dare get on here and accuse me of lying! My family and the guest received POOR service from you and your staff! Correct me if I wrong...but I did not see YOU in the reception when all this took place! I walked down the aisle and the music stopped and my sister had no music! You ought to be ashamed of yourself and your staff! You need to get informed Mr. Owner. Please don't act like we are the only people who ever complained about the air sir! My sister had to go home and bring fans to your business due to you not making sure it was working!

I am a little late on doing my review but looking at the pictures from my wedding reminded me of just how special that night was. The amount of work that the staff of the Jupiter Garden put into the service that they provide is presidential. CeCe and Jennifer took my vision of what I wanted my wedding to be and made it a reality. From the decorations to the little small details of helping me find a DJ and putting me and contact with other things that I want it for my wedding I am so happy that I chose this venue. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding day takes their time that actually listens to you and not just take your money I would encourage you to choose Jupiter Gardens Event Center. Thank you again Jennifer and Cece and the entire staff for all that you did for us.

The owners of Jupiter Gardens are very professional and always give really great events I attend their monthly Network meetings when I'm in town always bring guests to their events They have great food and great content. I look forward to working with them in the future and the facility is gorgeous

I am so incredibly grateful for everyone involved who made this most amazing day so perfect. I live out of state, but family is in Dallas so little stress was the goal. Jupiter Gardens made sure if that. Cece was fabulous from the beginning to end. The entire staff made my vision much more than I could hope for, and I am just so thankful!

I didn't think I would find a venue that would work for my vision for my wedding, then I found Jupiter Gardens! It was a beautiful and grand room that was right in our budget! They even had string lights included with it! Most other venues you had to add that separately. The staff is super nice and willing to help create your vision to the T! I had a pretty informal and out of the box wedding, and they made it happen, down to the different color charger plates at every place setting. They even had their own photo booth in house to use and everyone loved it!!! All in all the venue and staff really made this wedding, other stuff went so wrong that day, but without them I wouldn't have had a great wedding! 4-14-2018

We held my daughter's 18th birthday event--A Black & White Ball, at Jupiter Gardens event center and the evening was lovely in every way! Our event coordinator Cece, was thorough, professional and very helpful from the day we toured the facility through our event's completion. Staff (who served food and set-up and took care of clean-up) was professional, very accommodating and provided excellent service throughout the event. We opted to cater food and use the DJ services offered by Jupiter Gardens and everything went very smoothly. I contracted my own photo booth service and photographer and Cece worked with them as well. The food was delicious and the DJ was really good. Our guests had a great time and most importantly--my daughter made wonderful memories and loved everything about the whole evening. Additionally, we were granted permission to use the garden area for formal family portraits before the event started! It was an added benefit that all of our family was very grateful for. We have already recommended others to Cece and Jupiter Gardens and will definitely use this venue again in the future.

I got married here August 11, 2018, and had the most amazing experience! Booking the venue was easy. We walked in and instantly I knew I wanted to get married here. Everything from the outside ceremony to the Ballroom decor is stunning! We worked with Cecelia Garcia the entire time after booking. She made everything so easy, Even sitting down with me helping me pick out decor suggestions tables, chairs, tablecloths up-lighting, She was always so fun to deal with and very prompt with emails. Picking Jupiter Gardens Event Center was the best decision me and my husband made. We are young and on a budget the packages were reasonable. I was supposed to have my wedding cemetery outside and reception inside ballroom, however, it rain that day, Feeling worried Cece and her staff came up to my suite 1 hour before wedding starting making me feel at ease, Calming me down with no worries they moved everything inside so quickly before my guest arrival, Even I'm so grateful they had a back up plan. The Athena Ballroom was beautiful and Huge The ballroom can accommodate 280 guests. They are BYOB Facility Bring your alcohol their barman served my guest. Such a beautiful venue I recommend to have your special day here.
