We waited for one and half hours for a follow up consultation with the doctor despite having an appointment and returned back without seeing the doctor as we were not sure, how much more time it is going to take. Such a terrible experience...
very bad experience with reception and billing department, they will not send proper statement and will charge your card with late fee without your knowledge,, better avoid this office location
We had a great experience with Dr. Lakshmi Vatsan throughout my pregnancy. She is very sweet and helpful. qDr.Vatsan listens to your concerns and gives you confidence that you are in good hands and that everything will be ok.I had no complications in my pregnancy but had few concerns which i told her and she said just have faith in me and I did. I had a normal, Vaginal Delivery with epidural and it all went well thanks to Dr.Vatsan and the staff of El Camino hospital.I highly recommend her. I would also like to specially thank her staff Ashley and the other girls! she is very prompt and quick in replying, and also accommodates any change in appointments. Thank you Dr. Lakshmi Vatsan and team for the best experience.
Dr. Vatsan is probably the best OB/GYN we have ever met. Ever since the start of my wife's pregnancy, we have consulted Dr. Vatsan. The experience has been fantastic and fulfilling! Dr. Vatsan is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to deal with adverse situations extremely well, at the same time making her patients feel at ease. Dr Vatsan delivered our darling daughter on 2nd July. We will remain grateful to Dr. Vatsan forever. I am a little disappointed to see a 3.9 rating on google. Anyone reading this review, please dont go by the "google rating" provided by a few folks who might have had to wait for 5 extra minutes at the clinic. Dr. Vatsan is nothing less than a 5* for us! I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Lakshmi Vatsan for all your OB/GYN needs.
Most amazing doctor. From scheduling appointments to care provided throughout my pregnancy journey has been very smooth. Personal attention she gives to her patients is commendable. Will definetly recommend her for any obg/gyn issues.
Dr Lakshmi Vatsan helped deliver our first child and we are grateful for her phenomenal patience particularly during labor and her help throughout my wife's pregnancy. She took time answering our questions and appease our anxiety during the entire process. To sum up, I have no hesitation in stating her professional, kind and highly recommend her.
I have had a horrible experience with Dr. Vatsan. She did not come to the hospital for my delivery, even when I was pushing for 90 minutes. I had a 3rd degree tear because of this. She disappeared after that, like I wasn't her patient at all. She did not even come during discharge or give me the prescription for pain killers. My husband had to run to her clinic to get it. When I confronted her on our 6 week appointment, she did not even remember why she was not able to come (during my delivery and during discharge!). She apologized for the bad experience I had, but did not own up to it. She kept blaming her front desk and the el camino hospital staff.
Dr. Vatsan is very methodical and patient. She is very approachable and helps us understand the course of her diagnosis and treatment. For all my OBGYN-related queries/concerns, without any second thoughts I visit her and she has been always helpful. Definitely recommend! Front-desk support is average - but I am ok with that because of Dr. Vatsan.
Dr Lakshmi Vatsan is a great doctor. She is very friendly and very supportive. It is easy to get appointments here. The communication from the doctor's side is very clear and prompt.
Doctor Vatsan is one of the best doctor whom we came across. Her attention to detail and her response to our most basic questions is simply outstanding. We would definitely recommend Doctor Vatsan for any soon-to-be parents.
