I ordered something from this store and never received it. They have been unresponsive and unwilling to help in any way. It has now been several months and I have not gotten a refund or even a response from anyone in the store.

This place has nice guitars and pedals. The folks working there are very nice. If you are looking for a high end guitar go here.

better bring a lot of money if you want to even be acknowledged as a human being.

Staff was wonderful! Knowledgeable, helpful and gave my husband plenty of space to try out a couple of guitars. Store was well laid out and really nice. Worth the 2.5 hour trip from Houston and we'll be back!
