I was expecting to learn as much as I could seeing as how all the reviews had 5 stars. I can make 60+ drinks in the 2 weeks that I was attending class and I'm ready to start looking for bartending jobs. Repetition is key and looking for similarities between ingredients will help you a lot. Overall I'm happy and I have contacts with my classmates.
The Lion’s Den was an amazing experience for me! Bartending was something I’ve always wanted to do and searching for a bartending school wasn’t the easiest. I must say this school was very convenient for me, affordable, and completed in a timely fashion! I would recommend anyone that is passionate about being a bartender or just want to experience bartender knowledge, I would recommend the Lion’s Den! The instructor was great, fun, outspoken, and has a passion with his teaching! Great guy and great school! I’ve learned so much in two weeks and am ready to take the next step in bartending!
A good school that prepares you for all environments whether it’s club , restaurant or country clubs. The class was very informative and worth the money.
Definetly a great experience. Intense but easy to learn course that gives a great introduction to bartending. Hopefully will translate to the field, will update once a job has been secured.
The best choice I’ve made! The training is intense but it’s well worth it... i am more confident about my abilities, more knowledgeable and really enjoyed my experience... i will suggest it to anyone interested in this field!
The instructor was AWESOME! Worth every penny!! He knows what he's talking about and pushes you to be great. Looked into other schools but this was a perfect fit to me. Hands on class, and not boring at all. It's legit!
My experience here was amazing. I learn more than I ever thought went into bartendering. I learn product knowledge as well as skill knowledge. Alex taught me so much & I can’t wait to get behind a bar and work.
I love that the class was hands on from day one. I feel like no one will know that I'm new at this bartending thing. You leave the class feeling comfortable behind the bar.
First off this was a very fun experience and the instructor was very helpful throughout the whole process. I now know how to make over 40 drinks and it’s only been two weeks! I would recommend this school to anyone looking to be a good bartender.
I came in not knowing ANYTHING about alcohol. Only about wine and in 2 short weeks I was rolling through alcohol like a pro and making multiple drinks as if I had been doing this all my life. It was definitely worth every penny and the instructor Alex was extremely knowledgeable, patient and definitely the type to not let you give up. All in all, I would recommend this course for anyone looking to delve in to the bartending world. You will be set apart from other bartenders who have been in the game for awhile all because of the techniques this course taught. Awesome class!!!!!
