Loyola University

Loyola University New Orleans is a private, co-educational, Jesuit university located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Loyola College opened its doors in 1904 and was chartered as a university in 1912. Grounded in the liberal arts and sciences, Loyola offers innovative degree programs that prepare students to lead meaningful lives with and for others; to pursue truth, wisdom, and virtue; and to work for a more just world.
