HORRIBLE! They don't answer their phone at all. Everything was thru email which was inconvenient on the day of my event. They didn't call me when they were on the way they just showed up. The communication was HORRIBLE.. the product chairs and tables were nice but service was a nightmare. Will not be using them again

Have used Luxe twice for 2 different outdoor events at my home hosting 100 people each time. One function was in the summer and one late fall..They were prompt in delivery and items were in good condition. They were very patient in helping me choose the most appropriate and needed items to make each event an affair to remember. Every personal was very courteous and professional if it was by telephone contact or at my home. I highly recommend Luxe. Will be using them again in July 2017

Called Luxe one week in advance from my party date, and the customer service was excellent! The person who took my order made great suggestions and offered items I didn't even think I needed. I reserved a tent, tables and chairs within 15 minutes all online. I got an awesome price too! I was glad they required a deposit because that assured me that they would deliver. In fact they delivered the day before which was prefect! We will definitely be using them again!

Fantastic Service!!!! Shyla was so nice and provided great customer service !!! They made this baby shower for Yasir become a dream come true baby shower ,with opulence table and Chiavari chairs and high back chair !! Also ,I would like to thank the delivery guys Aaron thank you so much for your great customer service and prompt delivery. They where so nice and showed very good professionalism to their customer! Thanks Luxe Event !!!

I started working with Luxe Events in 2015 as they were highly recommended by a colleague of mine. Their entire staff has demonstrated consistent competency from their quotes all the way to delivery. The order process has been transparent, detailed and clear. An itemized confirmation of my order is included with each update or change, where I am able to ensure order accuracy before proceeding. I had the pleasure of working with Erica throughout my entire process. She was friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. She was also long suffering; I must have changed my order 4 different times and each time she was happy to assist and offer suggestions. The delivery process went as smooth as it could with ATL traffic and a few technical hiccups however the furniture was beautiful and in tip top shape. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the team at Luxe and they work hard for you and I... This furniture made my 50 Glam Gala everything beautiful!
