Absolutely NO ONE likes to experience car-trouble!!! But it’s even worse when you realize the trouble you’re having is a MAJOR repair, such as your engine or transmission. ‍♀️ So you take the car to be looked at [by Mr. Transmission] just hoping you hear them give you a different outcome. Mr. Frank [the owner] takes you and your car for a test-drive. (Who doesn’t love a personal touch?). You leave it for further review. Nope!! It’s exactly what you thought; the transmission has to be replaced/RE-built. You knew it but didn’t want to hear it!! You go through the different ideas of how you can possibly make this process easier for yourself and CHEAPER, if possible. Do you rebuild or replace your car all together?? So you have a long conversation with Joe, get all the details of the issues but all the while you’re thinking of the great service you’ve received thus far. You choose to step away and process all of the info he has given you, all the while knowing, you’re car is paid off, this is ABSOLUTELY the best route. Rebuilding a transmission is an expensive investment but when you know you’ve got the best company handling it; they have the knowledge, care and the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! You’ll do what you have to do to get through this completely unexpected repair. I had my car back within a few days. It drove like a brand new car!!! They even told me to come back in 2wks so they can re-check my car. That’s exactly what I did; PERFECT!! During this process I dealt with top of the line customer service. They answered every question I had and even offered info on questions I didn’t know I had; showing me customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance!! So if you happen to have this come up with your car, don’t hesitate to contact Mr. Transmission. Your experience will be nothing less than OUTSTANDING; even through one of he toughest times of your life!!

I went here and got a rebuilt Volvo transmission. The service was amazing!!! I'm 24 and I really loved the fact that after price was brought up, Joe told me to have my mother call ( she's the one who gave me the reference) so he could speak and explain everything with her. You really can't beat that service! Most mechanics try to get as much money as possible from unsuspecting people. Mr. Transmission is the opposite! My car was in and very fast!! Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Mr. Transmission, customer service is excellent, I found them on line and selected them because of the good reviews, my transmission went out taking my daughter to school..I called Mr transmission as soon as it open, the owner sent a tow truck to pick up my car.. Great Vibes..👍👍👍👍

Frank Norton and Joe took care of my car this morning so well. I was told I needed a $300 transmission flush by another supposedly reputable shop and Frank found all it was, was a lose Sensor, and they didn't charge me a penny! I couldn't be happier. As long as I have a need for a transmission service, they earned a customer for life. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of their shop and left amazed by their customer service! Thank you so much Frank and Joe! Anytime there's a need for a referrence, please let me know!

WORSE PLACE EVER, if u want to give away your money and have nothing done to your car this is the correct place to go, CAUSE THEY just STEAL YOUR MONEY. I should’ve listen to other customers and reviews about this place, but am a single mother and can’t afford another car, so I trusted this old white man and his word that my car was going to get fix, I rented a car for 2 month and my car was still nothing done on it, when I went and pick the car up my car wasn’t fix. I had to pay him $475.00 for nothing. THEY ARE THE WORSE PLACE DONT GO HERE.

Mr Frank and Sara Rock.... I definitely will advise people to go to Mr Transmission they are great good people that truly care about the customers and you don't find that to often so I'm thankful for them and if I ever have another problem I Kno where I'm going....Thanks guys

Mr. Transmission gave me a sense of ease based on my situation. Having a conversion with Frank on my situation made me feel valued as a customer overall. Just getting hourly updates on the vehicle made me feel like I really chose the right person to take a look at my vehicle. A good, honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold. I was convinced that I needed some expensive work on my transmission but these guys saved me a lot of money because I only needed a small, inexpensive repair. Frank and Steve are honest and reputable, and they've earned my business going forward.

Couldn't be happier with the service. I was worried something serious was wrong with my car but they got me in same day and found the problem to be minor. It was done the next business day. Frank and Steve were super friendly and awesome, as well as the lady at the front- did not get her name. After working in the auto industry in another state for so long I was weary about finding someone I trust for major repairs in my area but I'm glad I found this shop!

Amazing customer service. Frank works with you instead of taking advantage of your situation. So thankful for how he handled my situation and I know it was out of his heart & would do it for anyone that was in my shoes. They do great & constantly update you. I would highly recommend going here for the price, service, & quality work. There was an issue with my transmission after 3mo but they do have a warranty which covered the issue & was resolved quick. Thankful and blessed to have come across Mr. Transmission, especially Frank!
