This place has treated me very well. I had a very bad transmission problem and Freddy the owner was nothing but upfront and honest with me about what was wrong with my car. My car warranty denied my claim so I had to pay over $3000 out of pocket BUT they worked with me, gave me time to get the money, and let me pay in increments through a tough situation. DEFINITELY recommend going there!

this shop did my 07 range rover two years ago and it still runs beautifully, i highly recommend this shop. i don't normally do reviews but after reading some of the bad reviews, i felt like its my duty to defend this shop. i can't see them letting you pick up your vehicle without it being up to standard.

I have a 2005 GMC envoy With a 162000 miles A friend of mine recommend me to N1 transmission Took the car to N1 transmission. I spoke to Freddie Gave me a reasonable Price. Don’t go to this shop . I towed my car to them and the Manager Freddy charge me a lot of money to check what was wrong with my car knowing that it dint need much . I was really nice to them and still over charged me . They extremely cruel . Freddy act nice to you and try’s to play you after . They do a Horrible job with your car and charge you a lot so be careful leaving your car there . Wish I dint left my car there but was desperate for it to be fixed but it never got fixed just turned on .Be careful. There a scam and. Con artist. All the good reviews is the manager Freddy writing it . If you pay close attention you can see how he answers under all the bad reviews because he knows it’s true . This shop needs to be shut down . Everyone I’ll make a page to help shut this shop down. Have receipts and proof and the results on how they left me car. I want justice .

My husband and I appreciated the quality of customer care and service from Fred. He was patient and informative when answering our questions. Fred made us feel comfortable in our decision to trust the team (Felix) to work on our vehicle. Marty was pleasant and professional too. They were rapid and efficient in fixing our car, we received our car sooner than the date they stated. After taking it for a test drive we were good to go. I will still continue to monitor the car but it drives way better than when we brought the car in. Its shifts and reverses. One incentive to our decision making is the warranty they offer which is included with the work being done, so if anything arises we can bring it back, but hopefully that wont be the case. We will provide updates. Thanks

Their customer service is top notch. Thoroughly explained what was needed and what it would cost. Worked with my warranty company, to minimize my headaches. Provide better prices and service than the "dealer ". Fred is top notch, professional, courteous. THIS is my transmission shop from now on.
