If i could give zero stars i would, the driving instructor was rude and had miss information, docked points for things that i never did, aka one handed turns, which i never do, and was all in all rude and condescending Edit: i had driven the same way as before and passed, was even told somethings i was told when going here were flat out incoreect, even in the 2018 drivong handbook, they were incorrect. I stand by my statement and will be recommending people go to another school. The instructor was giving bad feedback and making my future driving unsafe.
Love this school! Their system crashed this morning but Susan, Mike and Caleb went above and beyond to help get everything taken care of for me and my son. These are people who truly care about doing the right thing and making sure everyone is taken care of. Will recommend to everyone I know with driver's ed aged kids! THE BEST!!!
My 17 year old son is autistic and has an anxiety issue. One of the moms at my son's school suggested I call a gentleman named Mike at National Driver Training to help with his driving, and I am so glad that I did! Mike brought a sense of excitement and understanding to my son's lessons that I have never seen with another individual who tried to teach him. He was calm but upbeat, managed to actually get him excited about driving and somehow managed to actually teach him everything I was struggling to teach but couldn't. Mike is kind, understanding and amazing with special needs kids, I have been telling everyone I know who needs help with driving to reach out to him, he is worth every dollar we spent!
Took my test with Caleb, he was funny and awesome at explaining how the process worked. Had a couple issues that he pointed out and will fix them. Whole office was full of really nice people, will recommend to everyone.
Caleb and Mike did the work of 10 people today. Their office was crazy busy but they handled it like champs! Thanks for the quick, painless test guys, I would have been in big trouble without you today!
The man with the long brown hair and glasses was very rude. When I walked in to take the test I felt very confident, and as soon as he handing me the keys to start up the car I felt a stuck up vibe. When we got in the car it felt as if I was taking up his time. He didn’t take in to consideration that most of us are nervous when we come in to take a test with a stranger beside them and a new car that you haven’t work with. I didn’t feel welcome at no point when I was with him. Before me they were multiple people taking their test with him that didn’t pass. He contradicted himself when he was explaining what I did wrong and didn’t allow me to ask questions when he was explaining. I did my best not to cry when he was talking to me. Yes I was upset I didn’t pass but the way he treated me and the person I was with was the worst part and very unacceptable.
What a pleasant and learning experience. It’s refreshing to see a place take their time with a driver. Scheduling was easy and walk-ins are accepted. If your looking for a third party driving academy you have found it. Unbeatable customer service!
These people are SO nice and amazing! I had the most ridiculous day trying to get my license back and though I was definitely having a rough day, they made it much better. I have not been in a place with so many funny people balancing so much chaos and taking care of business. They made a stressful day so much better. Thanks Mike and Caleb! keep up the good work!
The lady behind the front desk helped my daughter is so many ways. Her dad set up a test for her at the DMV but didn't have all the details straight. They went to National Driver Training on the advise of someone who had just been there, and we are so glad! The lady there was so kind and helpful, she took the stress away from my daughter and set her up with a nice man to do her test. She passed the first time! Nice people there, very helpful, very kind. =)
This place is trash. We went twice, the 1st time we showed up an hour before they closed and they had only TWO people ahead of us and said we are too late. The lady who told us this was very rude. We come back a month later, calling around 10:30am and said they had an opening at 1. So we show up at 12:30 and we walk in there and of course it is the same lady. She was very rude and said we don’t make appointments. So I check and see if I called the right place, witch it was. Then she instantly snapped when I came back to tell her we called and for 1. She said” you can argue with me all you want, you can’t take the test at 1.” So be it we left and went somewhere else witch where much more conferring and easy. Don’t go here. I hope the manager sees this review and gets rid of her. She is the heavier girl and her desk is on the left hand side as soon as you walk through the door.
