Cannot get through to anyone in customer service. I paid a bill in April and in June nonetheless they send me a bill with a late charge of 100% the original bill, gtfoh. Did someone starve to death because of a missed bill?? How do they think it’s ok to charge double? Not to mention I paid it and have a picture of the deposited check. Health ins in this country is as convoluted as possible so you pull your hair out and end up just paying out of sheer frustration
