The best in ATL! Dr. Hoffmann has saved my life! For as long as I could remember, I've been a mouth breather with terrible congestion. Doctors have always just given me allergy meds to "help" the problem. The meds would only work for a week then I would be back to mouth breathing. Ppl have always asked me if I had a cold when I didn't. It was bad! But only until I was referred to Dr. Hoffmann! On my first visit, she told me that I had nasal polyps, deviated septum and blocked sinuses, in which no one else ever mentioned. She had me get CT scans to only confirm her correct observation. Long story short, I needed surgery. She performed my extensive surgery (3+ hours) last Friday, 1/6/17, and today, 1/11/17, I've never been able to breathe so well! I feel like a new person! She is a real life saver! She's also funny and easy to talk to! The entire staff is great as well! I definitely recommend Piedmont ENT!

Avoid this place, they are about money not level of care. I was initially happy with the place, the Dr. seemed to care and address my problem. In follow up visits the Dr. was much less engaged and just seemed to be rushing through the visit. A one point in my treatment they recommend I get an allergy test. OK, what does that cost? I get a quote for under $100, Alright sure. Turns out insurance refused to cover it as an experimental treatment and I was on the hook for close to $1000. They wouldn't do anything about my out of pocket cost even through they assured me insurance would cover it. Don't trust these people.

I was recommended by my sister in law to check out Piedmont ENT after a botched nose job and severe infection in my nose - I am beyond THANKFUL I did. Dr. Coleman literally saved my nose! The staff here is always very kind and patient. The doctors are top notch. I am so glad I found them as my nose and sinus issues are not the easiest to deal with since I was born with a cleft lip and palate. I have also seen Dr. Hoffman for hearing and ear issues and she was nothing but wonderful as well. I don't know what's with all the bad reviews but, this place has been nothing short of AMAZING for me. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thanks guys for all you have done for me!

I find it unacceptable that you choose not to validate parking for your patients.

They leave no money on the table. After consulting with two other professionals, they concluded that most of my follow-up visits had very little to do with medical need. Save your money for place that will put your wellbeing first.

We've been going to Piedmont ENT for 20+ years. We've been to other ENTs because of location convenience, but we end up going back to Piedmont ENT to see Dr. Rollins or Dr. Jarboe. They're straight forward and try to get to the source of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. We've been through 3 years of allergy shots, which worked!! - tonsillectomy, and sinus issues. I highly recommend this practice.

Please read reviews before coming here!! Obviously they care more about money than the care of their patients. Dr. Jarboe walked out on my little brother because I answered a call without any forewarning from him or the nurse assisting him. This was AFTER I spent at least 40mins waiting to see him!! How rude! He could have pointed to the sign or said something before leaving the room with my brother in his chair.

Update: I should have read the reviews before ever coming here. I have now fallen victim to the horrible billing cycle that everyone else described. I continually receive a bill for about $35 that I have paid three times now. Each time I’m told I will owe nothing more and still receive more bills and say due to insurance processing each time. It has been almost a year since I have last been treated there for allergies, yet I am still paying for it and the treatment really didn’t help anyway. I am now supposed to be receiving an itemized statement of every visit I’ve ever had there with a zero balance. I guess I’m going to have to compare that against how many payments I’ve made to prove that they owe me money and I don’t owe them. —————————————————————————— Staff is always helpful, but I have trouble retrieving results.

I had issues getting in touch with them, but as soon as I reached out online, they immediately contacted me. They corrected the error that was made and I respect that immensely. An overall good office, but I did not like the endoscope being pushed on me because it wasn't covered in my insurance policy. I will add more to my review after my tonsils are removed. EDIT: My tonsils have been removed and I'm about 95% recovered. The center where the surgery was done was very nice. All the nurses made sure I was taken care of. I began running a 102.6 fever on day 3 of my recovery and Dr. Jarboe was able to see me within 30 minutes of calling, saving me an ER visit (not to mention the money from an ER visit). Fantastic service. Thanks again.
