I was at the Mount Sinai spine. Room 201 from July 3rd to July 6th. The the crew made my stay so easy-going the food was incredible the place was beautiful it was like a resort. Just want to say thanks to everyone that took care of me thank you.

I am a patient in the cardiovascular unit my doctor who specializes in cases of people with heart disease and high cholesterol at first I was very comfortable and happy going to that doctor because of the reputation that Mount Sinai has and the fact that he was a specialist in the condition The Duel condition that I had in September I started having severe difficulty breathing to the point where to walk 3 blocks took 30 minutes I did not have insurance so I did not go to the doctor I just pray that it would alleviate itself so when my insurance turned on in December I proceeded to see my doctor in Mount Sinai and had a battery of tests once I told him my symptoms of not being able to breathe while I have minimal physical activity you know as minimal as you're walking to the bathroom or walking down the hallway without having severe shortness of breath my doctor went on vacation when the results arrived and his backup doctor whom i had to call for my results a very nice young lady informs me that she reviewed my test and it was no need for me to panic and I can see the doctor when he came back from vacation which was in February so this is from December to February so I continue to have the symptoms for the next few months went back to the doctor March he was very upset that it wasn't addressed by his back up to explore further you having difficulty breathing had another set of test done and the answer was still unknown so this past weekend I couldn't breathe while I was almost falling asleep I felt some pain I'm in my heart I call the ambulance and the ambulance came and asked me if I wanted to go to my Hospital they're willing to drive me and I said you no I went to Lincoln hospital with does not compare in reputation to Mount Sinai however being in the emergency room for 2 hours the doctors were able to identify what was causing my shortness of breath heart failure with water and blood I was given an injection of a water pill and I was put on a regimen of water pill Which drain the water from around my heart and lungs now I can walk and breathe at the same time so I'm very shocked that I had to endure from December 7 months of having water in entering my lungs with my heart expanding because the water to the point where I almost could have died and the doctors at Mount Sinai didn't think that I could have water in my lungs which is causing me not to breathe very disappointed

I had an appointment for a biopsy at 1:00PM on August 7th, 2018 at NYEEI. I arrived at 12:40 and checked in. After being moved to a waiting room on another floor with two elderly patients (one of whom was in a wheelchair and there since 9AM), we proceeded to wait for 2 hours. A tech entered the waiting room and informed the two elederly patients that they were free to go.
