Excellent service and always reliable, I always go to OK Alterations for anything from a pant hem to a dress reconstruction to monogramming. They are the best.
This is one of the most incompetent businesses I have ever dealt with. I have tried on multiple occasions to get them to monogram articles of clothing for my children and they get it wrong almost every time. It is amazing how they can't complete the simplest of tasks like initials on a shirt or bib. I have no idea how they have stayed in business. Look elsewhere for monogram work.
Being a few doors down from us, Bill Griffin Real Estate, I find this great location at Snider Plaza very convenient! The taylor does a good job, he is nice, friendly, and the prices seem reasonable. I will be back to OK Alterations;)
While it is a little more than I would like to spend on alterations, they do an excellent job. I've take two bridesmaids dresses to be hemmed and altered, and they do a great job. There's never a wait, and my dresses were ready when promised.
Really cute place. They're always willing to do last minute and emergency operations and they also deliver to your house. I usually go to get my towels monogrammed, some clothes fitted, or general reweaving and they never let me down.
Always a pleasure getting anything fitted or adjusted here. They patched up holes from one of my sweaters and got it back quickly and on time.
