Dr. Roth is terrific and I am always able to get an appointment the next day or even the same day.

I went in with a cough I've been struggling with for 5 weeks and the doctor looked in my nose for 3 seconds and diagnosed me with some chronic allergy issue. She prescribed me some decongestant even after I begged her for antibiotics or something that would help my cough. I went to urgent Care about 30 minutes later and the doctor recommended a zpack. 1 week later and my cough is gone no thanks to Pacific family care. Third time I'd gone there and finally made the right choice to try somewhere else. The staff is incredibly rude and make it very clear that do not care about their patients.

Every doctor or np here has not taken me seriously or bothered to care for any of my problems. I was a patient of Dr.Mirviss, I had a cough for three months three months and her and other nurses had me taking every over the counter allergy medicine, cough medicine, and inhalers all did not help until I finally saw an ENT and turns out I had a hossible sinus infection and needed antibiotics. I’ve also been suffering from neck pain, shoulder pain and chest pain for the past year and no doctor there bothers to figure out why. Dr.Roth literally told me to just live with my pains and as long as “everything works fine” don’t worry and laughed at me when I was worried about breast pain. Not what you want to deal with when you are worried about your health. I’m 28 and should have to deal with this pain. I’m hopefully finding a new doctor with compassion and who actually wants to help. Save yourself your time and do not go here.

Amazing elite physician team. My primary care physician is Rosanna Chou and my husbands is Dr. Roth. They’re very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this family practice. The administrative team and office team is diverse, professional, and friendly! Elizabeth is my go to person she commands her role and always gets my referrals to the right specialists. Dr. Chou’s medical assistant Claire is energized and on point. My husband really is honored to get detailed, well-informed, and nurturing care from Dr. Roth. Also they have convenient Saturday appointments! I’m glad I found this team of professionals and I believe you will be too!
