I have been visiting Pearla Dental office since 2011 and have recommended to a lot of people...telling them that my experience have been nothing but good and the staff in front desk as the ones behind the scenes are very friendly and professional..! Their office looked nice in appearance. They were nice at the front desk and on the phone. I arrived 10 minutes late for my first appt due to legitimate reasons, so they had a different dentist see me instead (this was my first appt, so it made no difference). The dentist never conversed with me. She cleaned my teeth - deep cleaned them as I like. I knew I had an injured tooth so when I went to check out, I was surprised to hear I needed to schedule for my first 2 appts to treat 12 teeth (I was seen regularly by dentists and only missed one cleaning - so was shocked to hear this). The dentist never went over the xrays with me nor told me what was planned. Prior to the next appt, I reconsidered, and asked first to see the xrays and be explained exactly what they plan to do to all the teeth. This dentist only works once a week, and they weren't thrilled about switching me to anyone else - but I didn't want to see her with her bedside manner anyway. The day I was to go in, a blizzard hit. No one called, nor was anyone answering their phone (their voice mail said to leave a message, but in an attempt, the machine said it wasn't accepting messages). I tried calling the next day to reschedule, and I again got no live person and no machine able to accept my call. They never called me either. I have since found out that their plan to fix one of the teeth was also wrong. They said they planned to do a root canal, and that a crown wasn't needed with it (I said you always do both together). My new dentist agrees with me and we are now taking care of them.
Place is clean. Received a partial and it broke 8 mos after getting it. Its now going on2 yrs and the plastic clasp is cracked. It does not fit correctly and they did nothing to fix it. I was also told by 2 other dentist that what i have as a partial is what other dentist call a temporary. I was given a bogus email address to contact the manager. I have not been back and wont.
This place makes your feel comfortable if the thought of going to a dentist makes you uncomfortable. Clean very kind. Very patient. Very affordable. I look forward to my appointments now!
Great assistants , awesome customer service & I always recommend people to Pearla. Great environment and they have good equipment to keep children occupied. They are also very clean and tidy.
This is the best dentist I've been to since I moved to Worcester. Dr. Gerrans is my doctor here and I'd say she's the best I've ever had. She's excellent at what she does. My whole family comes here to get treated because of their great work and good customer service.
My whole family have been patients of Pearla Dental for years. The secretaries are extremely pleasant and always helpful. Recently my husband had an emergency and needed to be seen right away. I called and they got him in within a half hour. Highly recommended!!
I would be lost or better yet. toothless if it was not for the dedication of the dentist at Pearl. Dr.Kim is not only excellent but her "chair side manor" is the best. I use to have supreme dental insurance and could go anywhere, then the bottom fell out and did not have the best insurance. Pearl worked with me and insurance company, giving me the best care I could get ANYWHERE. The support at the front desk to the dentists are awesome. The young ladies at the front always make sure appointments are "doable", never rush you out and always have a smile waiting for you. I can't say enough about the care and service I have gotten here. My son will be having all his dental needs met here at Pearl Thank you Dr. Kim and staff for giving me my smile back!!!!!
My daughter comes to this dentist and they are very professional. The staff is very friendly and respectful. They have a section were children can play or watch movies while they wait to be seen. It's a family dentistry and their service is outstanding. Never have to wait long to be treated. I recommended to anyone that wants to be in a friendly atmosphere.
