Joey was here servicing the ac system and I was impressed with his professionalism. He gave me the current status of my system and educated me on my choices. I had no reservations that the information that he provided me was not reliable. He fits right in line with the integrity I have grown to expect from PV. Always an enjoyable experience with PV, even when it cost me money. Better now than later with no AC in HOTLanta!

Having a Dad who worked in Heating & AC all my life gives me great appreciation for how thorough PV is! They don’t just rush in and replace filters then hand you a bill. They make sure each piece of the system is working as expected, discuss any issues and offer options. Each tech that has serviced our system brings the same great attitude and attention to detail as the last. When I had a question about my service, David Peavey, cofounder, called me personally.
This old house is where I will start. We had a 30 year old system that just kept going, but time was ticking. We had several bids on a new system and were leaning toward Trane. Jason from PV gave us an estimate, but different from the other bidders advised us that they utilize a preemptive look at the air movement in the home. Long paragraph short we ran into old home issues and PV worked with us in a very fair way. They were very concerned with our issues and helped to resolve with "this old house". I highly recommend their services.
PV Heating and Air is the absolute best! They installed my new AC unit. Prompt, professional, reliable and friendly. And quiet! I could hardly hear them as they were working. Bonus points for being nice to my dog :-) I appreciate the follow up and communication. Thanks again, Jason.
I agree with all the positive reviews. This is a easy company to work with and Paul the service technician was beyond courteous - he was on time and friendly. He explained what was wrong in a clear manner and answered all my questions. He was able to repair our breaker quickly.
I talked with 6 HVAC technicians and Jason was the only one that spent the necessary time to actually diagnose our home cooling issue. Incredibly professional and smart. Increased supply and upgraded unit resulted in amazing results. Love this company. **update** Now that the Atlanta late spring heat is setting in, I couldn't be more pleased. Our old unit could not cool the house below 78. Now, I can set the thermostat to 72 from my phone before leaving work early and have it at the perfect temperature when I get home. The time spent recommending the basement dampers and supply increase has made all the difference!
I am very satisfied. I would not change one thing!!! I called late in the evening and PV Heating/Air was at my home the next day and provided a temp replacement/repair until my new A/C system was installed. I only endured the heat for only one evening. Your crew was professional, kind, and answered any question with a smile. Your crew was also knowledgeable and worked as a team. I will definitely recommend PV Heating/Air to my friends, coworkers, and family. Thank you for promptly replying and taking care of my concerns in a timely manner. I called several A/C service providers and not one handled my concerns and offered a solution until my A/C system was replaced.
Dealing with PV Heating and Air has been a very good experience for me thus far (I am a hard grader, so four stars is really good from me). I received an estimate from them that was competitive, all of their personnel were respectful and professional, and they were patient and willing to go through all of my questions (I had a lot them). I like their whole house approach and their thorough knowledge of their topic area. I look forward to working with them to now maintain my systems. I can comment more on that after I have had more experience. Thank you Jason and team for helping me through this investment in my home!
Extremely Courteous and Professional. From the dispatcher answering the phone (Zane), to the two technicians (Jamie and Steve) who came to address the issue. As someone who has worked in the hospitality/service field for almost two decades, this company is top notch. Any and all repairs are described to you and a price quoted before any work gets underway. They are extremely thorough and diligent in not only finding the issue, but the cause of the issue to prevent it from reoccurring. I couldn't be happier with a company to do business with. I recommend, and will continue to recommend, them to everyone!
