Wade Heating and Air techs, Bailey Pitts and Johnny Brannen, installed a new air conditioner for me today. They were prompt to arrive at the appointed time and were very professional. They worked without stopping until they finished and I am happy to say that I now have cool air in my home. I have used Wade 2 times now in the past year. 1st to repair my heat 2nd to replace the outside a.c. unit. Both times they were professional and very polite from the office staff to the technicians. Big thanks to Tim and Bailey who replaced the a.c. this week. They were quick, wore shoe covers, even loved on my dog who thinks everyone who comes over is here to see him. Will definately used them going forward and recommend to friends and family!

Wade is an excellent company that has always met my HVAC needs. Anthony Smith always treats me fairly and with the upmost respect. The two technicians, Bailey Pitts and Tim Payne, who installed my unit were very efficient and kept me updated as the work progressed.

I have used the company for years for repairs and regular maintenance. Today I had the A/C unit replaced and was pleased with the cost, unit and the overall work. Jim and Stan performed today's replacement service and were very professional and diligent in their work and kept me apprised of what they were doing and went over things before they left to ensure that I was satisfied. We have used Wade Heating and Air for 6 years. We called yesterday morning about an issue with the heating system (Georgia summers are hot!), and the manager Anthony had someone over the same day! Jim, the technician, was professional, thorough, and very committed to educating us on how to prevent issues in the future. I recommend them 100%!

we have been using WADE HEATING AND AIR since the day they were founded. always honest and always quick if we have a problem. the tech we had yesterday, Jim Orr was a super nice guy and i mentioned to him that although I am selling my dads house, I would be setting up a new account with them for my new house that I buy. From the day they installed our heat pump system to now, almost 9 years later, Wade Heating and Air has been nothing but professional and exceptional in their work. We are so happy we chose them over some of the bigger companies in the area. Tim is courteous, on time and patiently explains everything. They have kept our system in perfect running condition. We had to have our air conditioner replaced and our furnace was over 20 years old so we decided to replace both units. This happened the Wednesday before the Memorial Day weekend so we thought it might take some time before we could get the work completed. However, Wade had a crew that was willing to work on Saturday so we were able to get our systems replaced. The guys showed up early Saturday morning and in a few hours they had everything up and running smoothly. We have used Wade Heating & Air Conditioning for many years and have found them to be very responsive to what ever our needs might be. I highly recommend them for your heating & air needs!
