I highly recommend going anywhere other than Quality centered endodontics. Their business practices are shady at best, verging on fraud at worst. I went in for an "evaulation", which according to their receptionist was covered by my insurance. I get in there, and it felt like a sales pitch the whole time. After the evaluation, he tried to get me to start immediately, which would be $600 today, after he added on an unnecessary treatment that just happened to not be covered by my insurance. I called Cigna, they had never heard of the procedure. I told them I wasn't ready to start and that I would like to get a second opinion. She said thats fine, but it would be $145 today for the evaluation. Which, turns out was also a lie. My portion should have only been $54 for that day(after she told me it was no cost), and they never even called to let me know they had overcharged me by $90. I found out from my insurance when the sent me the EOB. However they had the nerve to call and say they would take $100 off the unnecessary procedure, without telling me about the overcharge. He went to several top of the line schools, so I doubt he is a bad dentist. However, I bet he has a ton of school debt which is why he is trying to defraud his customers. Go ANYWHERE else.

As I learned, there comes times when a root canal can turn complicated and as a patient, you get referred to an endodontist to address these complexities. All I can say is that I am very glad Dallas has a specialist of the caliber of Dr. Garcia. My tooth apparently had some sort of "calcification" and Dr. Garcia was able to remove it and complete the difficult job at hand. I am extremely thankful for his skills. A heaven sent for sure.

I was sent to Dr. Garcia's office for a root canal on a front tooth and he did a wonderful job. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain with such detail. Very satisfied with the service provided at this office.

Had a fantastic experience at this office. My previous dentist was not sure which tooth was hurting and sent me to Dr. Garcia. He was able to quickly find the problem tooth and get me out of pain. Very professional office. Will be definitely coming back if I ever have a tooth ache.

I am really glad I was referred to Quality Centered Endodontics. Nobody likes to get a root canal but if you need one this is the place to go to. There were many things I liked about the office, starting with the fact that there was literally no waiting time and the staff was very friendly. Thank you Dr. Garcia for taking such great care of me. If you're ever in need of a root canal done by an expert, this is where you want to go.

Quality Center Endodontics , I don't even know where to start , let's just say the tooth (#14) that I was having issues with Dr.Jorge Garcia managed to save it with his state of the art technologies , experience, and patience (.) My general dentist attempted to start the root canal procedure and wasn't able to complete the job due to being inexperienced etc , after going thru severe pain (I had 4 canals) , the headache of finding a in network provider I spoke Sandra (receptionist/office manager) and she schedule my first appointment! Dr. Garcia is an amazing doctor ‍ he's patient about the services he provides , major plus as stated previously the facility is equipped with up to date state of the art equipment and my overall experience was painless ( he's so smooth/ charming Garcia did a really good by distracting me with small talk while cleaning out my canals and putting in the artificial nerves) and both of my office visits were less than 45 mins ! Even though my insurance didn't cover as much as I was expecting the policy too , Garcia and Sandra were both patient and worked with me I was able to pay for my services in 2 payments ! I really wish Garcia could be my general dentist , I highly recommend him if your in need of any speciality related work completed regarding endodontics, go see Dr.Jorge Garcia and his amazing receptionist Sandra , they'll take care of you ! :-) tell them Shawn G sent you!!

I was referred to Dr. Garcia's office and have to say that it was one of the smoothest visits I've made to a dental office. The receptionist was very informed about my dental insurance and clarified every question I had before treatment. I would say a very efficient office since all of the medical history questions can be done from home online, so you don't have to wait when you get there!. I wish all doctors office had this great feature!. The root canal itself was pretty much painless. You can tell that Dr. Garcia really cares about the treatment he provides as he explained everything he did. I hope I don't get another infected root in my mouth, but If I do, I will definitely return to this office.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Dr. Garcia and his staff. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I was referred by my general dentist for a root canal. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first root canal I’ve had done. I’ve had terrible past experiences with previous Dentists. And I was honestly dreading my visit with Dr. Garcia. However, after my visit today I must say it was hands down THE BEST dental visit I’ve ever had. I’m normally scarred of the local injections and the dental instruments, nonetheless he was gentle and made sure I was sufficiently anesthetized and pain free during the whole procedure. Dr. Garcia was very thorough and detailed. He addressed all my questions and was very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Garcia to anyone needing a specialist!
