This is not only an awful company to hire, it is also an abysmal company to work for. Aside from the fact that thier employees are treated like absolute dog vomit, they have a consistent record of ripping off customers and not delivering on what was agreed upon. When this is called into question, the owner and operator of the company just shifts blame to the employees or someone else entirely. There is no system of accountability in place for this poorly managed, abusive, and downright cheating company. DO NOT HIRE.

We had a very disappointing experience with Joe and RedRocket. The delivery was schedule for 11am and they didn’t show up until after 3pm. Afterwards, when I questioned him about the lapse in delivery time, Joe said, “do you know how far you guys are from us?” Joe pinned the fault on us for being “too far away”. When I asked him why he took us on as clients if he knew how far it was he said, “you’re right, I shouldn’t have taken the job.” So, somehow it was my fault that they couldn’t get there on time. Because they were so late delivering we were very rushed getting everything set up. When I went to examine the screen they set up for us, I saw one one of the bolts holding the screen up one side was missing, making the screen lean. When I went outside to catch the guys before they left, they just shrugged and handed me a zip tie. They already knew it was missing, they just left it that way. They were late picking the system up too. 90% of the time, I couldn’t get Joe to respond to calls/texts. We also didn’t receive the correct stage decking, so we had to improvise a stage setup with what they did have, leaving our stage a lot smaller than planned. Afterwards, when I called to communicate how disappointed we were with the service we received, Joe got belligerent with me on the phone. He was rude to say the least, unprofessional at best. He reimbursed us, but only a portion of what we should have been reimbursed for. And that was after a month of hounding him by phone, email and text before a check finally arrived in the mail. We will not being using RedRocket again.
