I contacted Solaris to help us sell an old 700 MHz wireless rack. Chad and Steve made the process incredible simple and eliminated the hassle I thought we were going to have to endure to find someone who wanted to purchase the rack. Been doing business with Mr Jerad Garza for long time. I cannot find anything BUT good to say about him and our business together. Always upfront, fast with answers and proffessional in every part of the process. Shortly!? If your about to buy anything regarding sound, video or lighting, give Jerad a call. That is my best and honest advice.

First time customer with Solaris, I should like to say it was a good experience, Jerad was very helpful and recommended I opt for the Christie DWU550 G as it had a better lens option which they could also supply. Dealt with Jared throughout the whole process, and found him very helpful. The product was exactly as described, Jerad mad sure the projector was delivered for the requested date with good tracking feed back and clear assistance with the bank payments which went smoothly. I've bought a Martin Maxxyz Plus and I got perfect service, I never felt I'm alone, because my connection, Jerad answered to all my questions! At Solaris you are not only a number in the system. Being a very small and inexperienced fish in a very large pond, and having been given an impossibly small budget, the task of buying a professional quality lighting console was daunting to say the least! Jerad treated me the same as I would expect a multi-national to be treated - nothing was too much trouble. He even phoned to advise on how to operate the desk, or rather what to avoid after the deal was completed ;-) The amazing thing was that it came in under budget! I cannot recommend this man or this Company highly enough. Whether you have a few hundred dollars or a few hundred thousand dollars to spend, you will get personal service from a knowledgeable and experienced contact who will guide you towards what you need, at a very reasonable price.
I just worked with Jerad Garza who found me a high-value projector I was looking for at a price I liked. We were both excited about the deal and I transferred tens of thousands of Euros from Sterling to pay for it. It then became apparent that the vendor was not being honest about the condition of some of the equipment he was selling. Rather than do as some might, and let the deal go through while hoping for the best, Jared immediately notified me, and we terminated the sale. Solaris immediately refunded me - not just the Euros but the bank fees so I was not out of pocket in Sterling. I can't say enough good things about the care and exceptional service I received, and to find a trustworthy broker in a minefield such as second hand equipment is rare and valuable. Thanks Jerad.
Great prices and fantastic service. Darren helped us troubleshoot our video wall and was able to secure extra panels quickly when our design changed. Solaris is definitely my new go-to for used equipment.
Hey Solaris. Again you did a very professional job with the A&H R72 delivering from one part of Europe (... I shouldn't know before ;-) ) to Germany. Firstly I wasn't 100% certain about buying equipment from a company I was not familiar with. But Jerad the European sales manager cancelled all my doubts. Anytime he answered all my questions very quickly and was highly helpful to ship the equipment just in time to my "head office". You can always feel confident with buying equipment from this company. I hope to keep in touch for next acquisitions. Jerad, it was a great pleasure for me to do business with such a professional guy.
