My wife got me an appointment here and had to call 2 times to provide all the information they requested. Finally they informed that they accepted my insurance Cigna and gave me the appointment, I got time off from work to assist and when I'm in the office at the appointment time the receptionist tells me that I'm assigned by the insurance to another dentist company, Castle Dental, and I need to call the insurance to make the change. I tried to call on the spot but got lost on their BS menus. If there is something more painful than the dentist, is going trough a customer service call, so no thank you. I wasted my sick time and had to get an appointment with that Castle Dental place.

I found this office to be very professional, efficient in both my time and theirs. I was given the opportunity to fill out my dental history online, prior to my visit and was treated both with respect and cordially at my visit. I would recommend this office to anyone with dental needs.

Pat on the back with the right hand, while reaching into the pocket with the left. This office never informed me of the more affordable $59 special for new patients which included x-rays, consultation and cleaning. I was instead charged $98 for x-rays and consultation without receiving any cleaning (they wanted $375 for that), and left the office angry and frustrated. $475 for initial x-rays consultation and cleaning before even getting to anything else? I think not. The staff tried to tell me that they could not offer the new patient special because of my discount plan. This also seemed disingenuous as a patient has the right to pay any way they choose, and a medical provider has an obligation to inform a patient of all options and their cost. Fleeced from the outset, it was no wonder I saw no one else in the waiting room as I came and left.

On September 23, 2016 I called Round Rock Dentists and asked the person who answered the phone if I can come in for x-ray and exam. The person told me that they close early on Fridays. When I told her I'm in so much toothache pain, she put me on hold and talked to, I believe, the doctor and let me come in without any appointment. As soon as I got there x-ray was taken and seen by doctor Dyke. He gave me prescription and did not charge me ANYTHING for the service I received. If he didn't see me on that day and gave me that medicine, I don't know how I would have made it through the weekend. I am so impressed by the care and professionalism of the stuff. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs to see a dentist.

Charge way to much. Bad communication, I had an attitude from at least 2 out of 5 ppl I talked to. They tried telling me I needed deep cleaning that was way over priced. I went somewhere else and they straight told me this place was just trying to get what money they can from because this was not needed. Never thing back here again.

Everyone from entering the door to having the procedure done to paying and out the door was courteous and happy to answer any questions I had. Dr Sara Herman was exceptional/outstanding. She did a very good job of alleviating my anxiety about being at the dentist. Dr Herman did this with her step by step approach to explaining the procedure. She also kept me in the loop as to what was going on during the procedure. Costs covered and not covered by insurance were discussed after the exam/analysis. It was made clear how much the out of pocket would be. Payment options were discussed as well. Despite my anxiety when visiting the dentists' office I was extremely happy with my visit. Highly recommended!

Dr Dyke was amazing. He thoroughly explained the procedure (getting a new crown) and friendly throughout. Melissa the dental hygienist did an amazing job with all of my tarter build up. I actually had a phobia of the dentist prior to this appointment. Perfect staff. Would definitely recommend!

Clinic staff are nice but way over priced... all I wanted was a cleaning and to check some pain on my tooth and they wanted me to get deep cleaning that will cost me over $200!!! All I wanted is a cleaning. smh they just want to take the money out of your pockets...money does not grow on trees people! Also when I told them I can't afford that price basically they told me "well here are your RX and have a nice day!" I waisted 2 hrs of my time to walked out and got nothing done! LITERALLY NOTHING DONE!

I called into the clinic and spoke with the Benefits coordinator named Amber. I simply received a billing detail late last night and thought I'd call in to understand what exactly the detail were about as there. I have 4 children who I have brought to the place plus two of them who received past orthodontist work. I've been coming for years and knew calling shouldn't be difficult. Amber answered and pulled up my son's name - one of the kids who received ortho work in the past as he was the latest family member who was seen there. She sated she couldn't find details. I tried to give her my name however she began to be rude , short , snippy and not listening. I asked her to please stop speaking over me and I could help her understand we are a big family and it may be under my name. I guess she felt defensive in me asking her to allow me a moment to speak and help and she HUNG UP IN MY FACE!! Of course I called back because I didn't receive an answer , just an inpatient member of staff. I received another young lady who was very patient and explained exactly where the billing detail came from. I advised her Amber hung up and she said she would advise her manager and she apologized. I decided to go else where for my cleanings since Amber will be here. I called back to ask about my records and Amber answered. I advised to her that I wanted to speak back with Emilia . She said she knows I was speaking to Emilia and that she will not tolerate me yelling at her. I laughed and said no I was not yelling and it is comical you'd say this to justify your impatience and reasoning for hanging up on a customer. Can I please speak with her. She denied me speaking with her an said she will have her call back. I never received the call back. I am not surprised. HORRIBLE STAFF member. HORRIBLE service. I hope this is not overlooked by someone claiming she hung up due to a false claim of a customer yelling!
