Very nice facility and welcoming staff. However our sales person ended up being very patronizing by the end of our visit. Did not seem to understand that we would not want financing no matter how many times we said so. Not sure why asking questions about our immigration status and student loans are appropriate whatsoever...
Only 2 stars because of some friends/coworkers that I used to know are still working there but other than that, management and business practices are extremely shady. Not only do they "blast" your credit to numerous other banks, the finance managers don't give a damn, and will always try to maximize you on your payments. Also, NEVER put a down payment on lease/finance option as they WILL RIP YOU OFF. This is coming from a new Stinger owner and I honestly wish I went somewhere else to purchase this vehicle. Oh well...great car nonetheless, but a seriously shady dealership no doubt. Never coming back here again, and recommending other great KIA dealerships in Texas.
Will never purchase a car from here again ever......Was told over Christmas that they wanted to buy my vehicle back, Also that I was selected by banks and was promised I'd get approved if I came in from 4hours out of town. I filled out a application and they ran my credit and said everything was good I definitely would get approved. So I drove in and the salesman didn't even show up for work. On top of that I was told that they wouldn't be able to get me into another vehicle.
To make matters worst, when you set up an appointment online it sends you a confirmation but when you call the dealership there is no record of it because it's not connected to the service rep. calendar. When you call you sit on hold for a long time before anyone answers and don't try to call the advisor because you won't get an answer at all. Bought a used car from here and had them throw in just (1) car detail on my contract. I called to get a oil change today and thought why not use my (1) detail and the service rep. said she only handled reservations but after she transferred me to the advisor and no one answered she comes back and says that she can check now and after she puts me on hold again she comes back and say I don't see any record on your contract of a detail. Appointments are always booked out for a week.
Southwest Kia service department never fails to impress me. Brooke referred me to get my window tint done through Cody and Gene. They were so kind and professional. My car looks amazing!

They make it sound like they want to help you but they don't. They'll tell you one thing and then when it didn't work out for you they try to shark you into something else after you told them it didn't work for you! They also made us wait 25 mins just pull a car to the front! The guy seemed like he didn't want to help us just going around talking to other people and petting customers dogs before he even went to go get the keys! It just seemed like they didn't take us serious. I bet if we "looked" the part we would've gotten better service..
Diego was great, awesome customer serviece but when we did not find what we were looking for another guy was sent in and really tried to jam a brand new vehicle down our throat. Was not listening to what we needed or the fact that we were not financing. After politely declining he was a bit of a jerk and excused himself. Only giving 2 stars because Diego was very helpful unfortunately we will not be giving our business to this place.
The got the most bumpin' jams in the waiting room for service. Also Brian in service is the best! 👌 👌 He's my advisor every time I come for maintenance and has always been super helpful with letting me know what my Soul needs.
I can honestly say, they were THE BEST in the service department! They went above and beyond my expectations and all with a friendly attitude. I came home from this experience with a Wow, enough to call my friends and let them know of the incredible experience. Glen, Ernie were the best. Very personable, even though they were swamped. Can’t say enough pros about this dealership.
I bought my car from this dealership at the old location in 2016 and had a wonderful experience. I didn't feel pressured by the car salesman, and I have been pleased with my lease. I take my Forte here for regular maintenance and always have quick & friendly service. I never feel pressured to get service that I feel is not needed at the time. All the staff is quick to make sure I am taken care of. Definitely a comfortable dealership to purchase and service a vehicle!
