The Original Uptown Comedy Corner has been the place for live urban comedy in Atlanta and the United States for many years. We’ve had some of the biggest names in comedy grace our stage… comics including Dick Gregory, Chris Rock, Kevin Hart, Damon Wayans, Chris Tucker, Paul Mooney, Dave Chappelle, Earthquake, Bruce Bruce, Mo’Nique, Mike Epps, Steve Harvey and Ricky Smiley… and they keep coming back… along with all the new faces.

I had a great time great vibe they have a little club area in back that’s open right after the show the food was good too. I ordered wings very 😋 yummy.
Went there 2 weekends in a row. Comedy is great, but be prepared to open your wallet. You have to pay to park. 2 item min. Or a 10 service charge. Drinks are not strong. You can't even get a glass of water. I guess the great comedy makes you forget they are charging you for everything except using the bathroom.
This was not my first time here....I went here for my birthday, I had a good time. The mixed drinks are 👎🏾...I ordered wine. The food is good. The place has clean restrooms.
Love new location & building. Great customer service by all the staff as well. Food was really good too. Definitely will go back
Great show! Very funny comedians! Just like many places in Atlanta you are hit with too many fees before you enter the establishment. The entire parking lot is dedicated to valet, and you have a 2 item purchase minimum. Plus the cost you pay for tickets.
Always have a great time. Just was placed at a table where water begin dripping on me from an above air conditioner, they weren't able to move me so my hubby switched places where water just dripped on him instead. Luckily it was just the last 20 min or so. No comp (or a free drink to make us forget we're wet..lol)on anything but it was crowded. Food is good, I would order the beer instead of cocktails not an alcoholic but non was in there..
Caught the last show (10pm). Buy your tickets online to save time because of the line to buy them at the door. Parking was $10 which wasn't bad ( behind the building) because parking is not free in too many places anymore. Two item minimum when you get in the door before the show start. Seating is good. The show didn't start on time but nothing new. We had one host and 4 comedians. Two of the 4 were good but hey it's a comedy club. All in all it was good couple date night
Pretty nice on the inside but parking is not what you think. They have a $5, $10,$20 And a $30 parking. The higher the amount the closer you are to the building. Also there is a 2 item minimum for each individual person. Just be ready to spend about 110-150 for the evening if you bring a guest. Overall I would return but please prepare your self for the above expense. Enjoy!
I enjoyed the club. We were encouraged to fill the tables near the front of the stage first. As I waited for the show to start I ordered drinks and wings. Fairly priced, fair quality. The show started and it was funny and interactive. Some guests were asked to come to the stage and we were even joked on a bit as we sat near the edge of the stage. All in good fun. Shook a few hands after the show to finish off a very memorable night.
Had an awesome date night with the hubby. We spent more than we wanted to but it was worth it. The comedians were pretty good but those buffalo shrimp was the bomb! The servers were cool but they are swift as hell! Just make sure that they understand what you're asking for. Overall, it's just a good time. I can't wait to go back.
