Absolutely wonderful!y student dentist is great!!!! The moment i walked in for the first visit they were very friendly from bott floor to top. Well organized. I don't ever feel direpected or frowned upon. Sometimes taking less expensive avenues means lesser quality..not here. I feel very well cared for. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful! Affordable! Fast! I've always been embarrassed about my mouth from previous drug use and neglect. Other dentists looked at my mouth and made me feel horrible. This place made me feel better about my situation and got to work quickly! I still have a long road of work with the school but I'm looking forward to it.

I think the staff is friendly and the experience over all good. I have been having some discomfort on one of my molars. According to the endondontist graduate i dont need a root canal unless it keeps bothering me. It has been two weeks now and i still have some discomfort. I dont know what to do that this point because even with the discount it is $800 fro the root canal and another $400 for the crown. I researched prices in Mexico and it is $200 for a root canal and $150 for a crown with an experienced endodontist. I understand were in America but the prices are still una-fordable to both middle and low income people. That is why i gave 3 stars.

I had a excellent experience with my dental student Tian Meng.He performed restorative care to my teeth that a previous dentist had done in Nov 2017 and again in July this year. My x-rays I had done at dental school showed cavities in the same teeth I had restorative care done in July this year. Needless to say I will not return to my current dentist anymore. I came for initial screening and evaluation and glad I did. My previous dentist also recommended braces and gum grafting and periodontal scaling cleaning which my dental student and 2 faculty said it was not necessary. This practice is in Helotes. I am grateful that I went to the dental school for a honest opinion. Tian Meng my student was very polite, caring, and explained all care required and the expense which was very reasonable. He was also very gental while performing my dental work.I didn't feel any pain with numbing procedure or with the dental work. I need to have my teeth cleaned and other dental work done in future and I will continue to go to the school for follow up care for my teeth.

I've been so very fortunate on the students, residents and faculty members that have guided and supported me through all the extensive dental work I needed. They ALWAYS make sure you have ALL options available. This place, and even more so the staff, has been such a blessing! Thank You

The receptionist was cold and rude. After I had done all my paperwork she told me there was a $20 payment .no one told me that when I made the appt. They also won't take Medicare supplement insurance.,which makes no sense. People who need help because of being in a fixed income and they won't take ins. I have e already been to three dentists before being referred here. I had some teeth knocked out including a front tooth and I have him disease I really thought they would help me and at a discounted price with payment plans. It's a shame that they have no compassion. I only met the receptionist but that was enough. And I went to the advanced practice.

I had a complicated issue with replacing a permanent bridge that required some surgery. My visits were very lengthy--a few times over 5 hours and almost no breaks. I'm not quite happy with the results-- but I did save several thousand dollars. Two months later: Still most unhappy with my permanent bridge. It fits very poorly and I have a ridge along the inside of my mouth the length of the bridge

Even though I had a broken tooth that had to be extracted, this was by far the most awful dental experience of my life!!!! Student couldnt find forms, couldn’t get things to come up on the computer, hit me in the head with something, hit me in the chest with something, and all but stood on my chest to pull a tooth. I leave here with my face huge and horrible pain in my head, jaw, and mouth in general. And even though I have/had an infection down to my lymph nodes, no script for antibiotic. 3 aspirin, and 1 acetaminophen (from them) and I sit in my car and cry. I was going to come here for implants but now I’m afraid “you get what you pay for”.

I would like to recognize the dental school for the excellent work, their interest in my dental care as well as their cooperation with my local dentist. I am happy to smile again with my fresh look and it also restored my confidence. Finally they also have integrity. They called after 1 year of completing my dental care and informed me that was getting a $ 1,700 refund. I highly recommend them.
