Virtuosity was founded in fall of 2015 after a need was recognized for a communal meeting place for musicians to exchange ideas, network and learn about instruments new and old. We are continually learning, expanding inventory and becoming an indispensable source for products and information. Whether it's a custom horn or a rare collectible, we've helped customers from several continents track down their dream instrument. At Virtuosity, we don't think of ourselves as just another store.

I love this shop. Steve, the owner, is an incredibly nice man with knowledge over all the horns he has in his shop. His stock rotates regularly so if you don't find something you like, there will be new horns in a week. He's quick to give advice on anything you ask and has the experience to back it up.

They were very friendly when I brought my young son here to buy saxophone reeds. Beautiful wind and brass instrument shop.

The best sax and brass instrument store in Boston by far. Them and ACB are definitely the most prominent stored in the entire Greater Boston Area. I recently bought a C Trumpet from them and Steve was super helpful and even let me try out the instrument for a week. Exceptional selection of instruments and exceptional service.

The staff are always polite and knowledgeable. A man named Brett helped me select a tenor sax mouthpiece.

Only stopped by to ask about guitars which they didn't have. Clean store and friendly staff. I wasn't able to do any transactions. Parking would be very challenging at this location.

This is a delightful store for any brass or woodwind player. The stock of instruments and accessories is extensive; the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. A special treat is the amazing collection of goofy rare Dr. Seuss-ish musical instruments. You can't miss it this!

This is the best music store I've ever seen regarding brass instruments. Absolutely recommend this fabulous store to every brass player! Very big veriety of new and really rare brass instruments, especially trumpets! You can try and buy new, used or trade your instruments here. Ther is not a lot of mouthpieces unfortunately. But a lot of accessories like mutes, stands etc. Good "fitting" room allows you to compare instruments properly. Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you guys!

The experience you get at this place is just amazing. They may not have everything in stock, but whatever they do have they will let you try. If you're not sure what you are looking for, the people are really friendly and will help you find whatever you need. Highly recommend.
