I appreciated the no-pressure service at this dealership. Anthony was very helpful and accommodating. He even drove the car to me to sign all of the paperwork so I wouldn't have to take time off work. Excellent service thus far.

Great experience with Tina! I walked in knowing what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. She found the exact car I had in mind and I walked out the door that day driving the car of my dreams. Tina made me feel comfortable and confident as a woman buying a car on my own. She knew everything about the car and was very thorough when explaining all the gadgets and everything you can do from the screen. Best car buying experience ever!!! If you go to Volvo Cars of Austin, ask for Tina! You won’t be disappointed!

UPDATE: I NOW HAVE TO BRING IT INTO THE SHOP A THIRD TIME BECAUSE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON! AWESOME! WHAT A JOKE! I purchased a brand new 2018 XC60 in September of 2017, and now, less than a year later, I have had to bring it into the shop TWICE for issues. The first time was bad brake rotors. Some how, the front rotors went completely bad (warped and everything) on a car with only 3,500 miles on it. To top it off the car is only used for driving around locally to the store. Today, my wife was driving to the store and the message “12V System Service Required” showed on the screen and the auto start/stop feature is in a failure state. How is this the case for a vehicle that costs over $50k!?!? I have owned a $25k Hyundai in the past, and didn’t have a single issue over the four years I owned it (it didn’t even need a brake change!) Apparently, Volvo is not the brand they used to be! I am utterly disgusted at the garbage coming out of this dealership!

Beautiful facility. Embarrassing service. It took the service department a full week for a simple key programming! The staff has been nothing but rude, standoffish and throughly incompetent throughout. I’m loathing having to bring my car back for maintenance... I fear how long it would be for them to do anything more complicated or involved. Lord help you if you try to get some tea while you wait for your vehicle to be pulled up; the salesman will hound you.

I had the best experience ever in car buying. I did the most work on getting my vehicle financed directly through Capital One. So the only thing I needed to do was to take my summary and additional items to wrap up my paperwork. Dylan Radzavich, my Preowned Specialist, ensured that everything else would be smooth once I came to pick up the vehicle that I had selected. His professionalism was excellent, as well as the gentleman in finance. Dylan made sure he stayed in contact with me the whole process. I was out of there in under 2 hrs. Personally, I would say 1 hr and 15 to 20 minutes top. Keep up the awesome job with superb customer service.

We had a great experience buying a car at the Volvo dealership of Austin. We were looking to buy a used Honda Odyssey and we were really lucky to work with Stan Yordy, who has been selling cars for decades. His extensive knowledge and experience with used cars was invaluable.Thanks to Stan, the whole process went very smooth and we ended up with exactly what we wanted without the hassle we expected. Stan was very professional and attentive to our needs from beginning to end; he provided all the necessary information about the vehicle, clearly outlined dealership's plans for it and helped us negotiate the right price. His approach is very relaxed, so we did not feel pressured into buying at any time. The final price was exactly as negotiated and there were no surprises about the car's technical condition after the purchase. We are very satisfied with the deal we got. We also greatly appreciated that Stan went above and beyond what was required. Even though the car was being sold as is, he got it cleaned up at the dealership. He followed up after the deal was closed and went out of his way to get the dealership's technical report on the vehicle we bought. Thank you, Stan, for the exceptional experience!

Edit - I am adding two stars because of my positive interaction with the service manager and how clean my car was when I finally received it. I have already spent 2 hours and 50 minutes waiting for my first service on a brand new Volvo I bought late last year. And I am still waiting. At no time has anyone checked on me even though I've been sitting in the same chair for almost 3 hours. Truly disappointed about the wait, even though I had a scheduled appointment.

Wanted to write a quick note of thanks and gratitude to the Volvo of Austin team. Five star experience from start to finish. Tina was responsive and very helpful initially via text. James made lemonade out of lemons when it turned out the used XC60 we were interested in was not yet available to test drive. Fast forward to the next afternoon, Susie was kind, generous and patient while me and our two daughters explored the lobby during my wife Kate’s test drives. Susie brought over snacks - which is always appreciated. Fast forward to the next day, James was solution oriented and did as much as possible first thing in the morning to advance our credit application and lay the ground work for an efficient 90 min process that afternoon. As well, I very much appreciate James working with us and being solution oriented on the trade in value. The finance manager Ilia was thorough and went above and beyond explaining service options and all transaction documentation. Teamwork really does make the dream work. This is our first Volvo to purchase. And if our new XC60 performs as well as the Volvo of Austin team – then we’ll be happy customers for many months and years to come. David Phillips
