What an absolute great place to hold an event. Coordinator and staff was nothing short of amazing to make sure our event was top notch. If you are looking for a spot to hold a conference look no further!

According to which building you are assigned, you could be walking distance from Mangos and icon park making it a great location for those activities. I was not impressed with the newly remodeled rooms. Room had white dried plaster on the floor when I opened the door. Located cleaning staff who swept it up pretty quickly. Both lamps by the beds were out. Maintenance came to change bulbs. Floor felt a little sticky and looked dirty like it needed to be mopped so I wore flip flops the whole time. Could not do any relaxing in the room due to feeling a little uncomfortable with the upkeep. Not the best sleep.

Great experience. The ponds with the ducks was awesome. The location was good because of the closeness to everything we went for. The staff was warm and welcoming. This is a very good place to stay for a vacation. Although the one of the pools was under refurbishment, this is still a place we will be visiting again in the near future. Keep up the good work guys.

The rooms are a little dated but we enjoyed the balcony and we had a great view. This resort 3 right in the middle of a lot of fun things and not to far from the amusement parks. I didn't mind ther older rooms, however I did mind carrying my luggage up a flight of outside stairs. There is no elevator and you would get wet going up the stairs if it rained.

This is a very old hotel and I am not sure it should be called a Wyndham. This location needs to be demolished and Wyndham needs to rebuild a new single building multi store hotel with a parking garage and pay me $250K a year to run it. Parking is limited and very hard to find. The rooms are ok but old. The sliding glass door needs a team of people to open it. Rooms were clean but the property was not that clean. If this place was remodeled or renovated it would be a lot better. Plus side it is in a great location and close to many restaurants and shops. Rooms rate are also good and fair. But if you are looking for a quick room for a short stay that is not that expensive then this is the place for you.

If I could give it a 3.5 I would. I was there just this past weekend for a convention, and was fairly pleased. The rooms were nice enough, but beds were quite uncomfortable, bit of grit and grime in places The hotel is quite large and in a really nice spot on I-Drive, but didn't exactly feel classy. The large ballroom and convention space was done really well, but was a stark contrast to the rest of the boring, mediocre rooms. If you can get a good price, and are going to places around the hotel, I think it's a pretty respectable option. But for a big vacation, I might look somewhere else

Customer service was amazing at the front desk. Our room had a balcony and a beautiful view. The room was nice but the rooms needs to update and look like the new lobby. I would definitely stay again. Please up date the rooms and hallways leading to your rooms.

We had our wedding here and it was a great experience. Melissa and Monique were fantastic throughout the entire process. They truly made our lives so much easier from start to finish. Highly recommended. Decor provided by Dreams To Reality

The hotel staff was nice and helpful! They had complimentary kits available in case travelers forgot essential items. The hotel is currently being renovated and there were some eye sores and hazards on the way up to our room. Once inside the room it appeared to have been modernized and I began to feel a bit more comfortable about the establishment. The concierge offered wake up calls, shuttle service, and complimentary breakfast. This won’t be a bad place to stay when the renovations are complete.

We stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon, and were not very satisfied. Listing this as a "resort" does not really seem accurate. The room was run down, and dingy. The towels in the bathroom had stains all over them. It was very gross. The grounds and pool area were very nice! But the breakfast buffet was not worth the money. I don't know that I would stay here again. We left feeling very blah about it. If the rooms and other amenities were as nicely maintained as the grounds were, it would have been very nice.
