Xavier University of Louisiana instills, inspires and insists on excellence. Without a doubt, those who embrace all that XU and New Orleans has to offer will not only make life-long relationships but will never truly leave Xavier as there is something magical about the experience that one carries with him or her forever.

My Middle son graduated from Xavier Un in 1986, Summa cum laude, BS in Psychology. I watched him pledge & practice his 'stepping' out of our Dining Room window. I watched new structures being built, from my kitchen window & on my way to work, 5 days week. My son rec'd a great education, that allowed him to continue-on to receive 2 more degrees from Harvard University Law School & JF Kennedy School of Government, also @Harvard Un. We were happy with our son's education @Xavier University

This was the greatest place on earth to learn and grow! I am a graduate of XULA and thoroughly enjoyed myself, even with the extreme rigor of the curriculum and the challenges of being an 18 year old in such a magnificent city. Xavier does an EXCELLENT job of nurturing the students while ensuring that we are more than prepared to compete in this global economy. I would go back right now, if I wasn't too grown to do college again. Lol.

Xavier is one of the best decisions I ever made! The University is so nurturing and they keep the standards high. Students have no choice but to succeed in that environment. Since graduating, I've remained friends with so many successful individuals who not only maintain the Xavier standard of excellence, but they also pay it forward! Thank You Xavier!

As a mother I have to say Xavier well done. As of two days ago my baby has begun her journey to the career of her dreams. I was so nervous to leave her as i assume any parent would be. After attending orientation and hearing the faculty and staff as well as the Dean speak it put my mind as well as my heart to rest. I appreciate first the fact that Xavier University is built and operates on faith. I love the fact that it is a no nonsense type of school that will not allow foolishness to take place on thier campus. Yet I am overjoyed at all of the things they have put in place for the safety of my child. I had often heard how great Xavier University was but after being there after meeting the staff after feeling the positive ora surrounding the campus Xavier you exceeded my expectations and I can truly say I am pleased in the choice my daughter has made and I was able to leave her and come home with my mind and heart at peace. That in itself is more than any parent can ask for! #ProudXulaMom #XULA #nola

Xaverite for life!! I am truly grateful for the educational and life experiences. My class of 1969 was the first to graduate under the Presidency of Dr. Norman C. Francis.

I wasn't there for undergrad, but I was fortunate enough to attend in the capacity of the three month long Super Scholar Excel Program, back in the late 1900's, the summer before my senior year. The experience was probably the most eye opening and effective in prepping my mind for what life on a college campus would be like, when I graduated less than a year after stepping away. I miss the wisdom, camaraderie, faculty and the academically competitive environment amidst a people who are too often slighted and overlooked. But I do have a question, who's going to be the primary donor to HBCU's now that the Jello Pudding Pop man is gone?

Xavier University proved a safe place for my far reaching dream to become a physician. Could a country girl from Helena, Arkansas do it? From day one, Dr. Carmichael, Dr. Dana Greene McDowell and so many others fearlessly supported my education. There was never a question of my eventual success; as long as I put in the work, the sky was the limit! I have countless happy memories at Xavier, and will be encouraging my own children and God children to attend this great institution. XU!

I was lucky to be accepted into the Xavier College of Pharmacy program many years ago. I learned many life lessons there and the faculty was great. Subsequent visits to campus over the years have shown massive capital improvements. Thank you for helping me succeed in my career goals, Xavier University.

Good morning loves ! I first transfer here from LU in 05 and it was the best decision I’ve made ever. I was very involved as a student here. I remember being in the student government association and I was elected as Vice President.
