5/5 The perfect purchase! All because of Ed Martens. Ed was kind and thoughtful. I am not an expert on cars, and Ed took the time to go over everything I needed to know about the car itself and about the warranty! I could not have asked for someone easier to deal with! I will definitely be back!

The best thing about getting my car serviced at Acura Boston is the service consultant. Andy Tay was great, he was friendly and helpful. He even stayed well beyond closing time to make sure that my car was done and washed.

The service team is always professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I have had several occasions for service beyond oil changes and typical maintenance and the experiences have always been good ones. Getting a lift into work (which is local) and back go pick up my car later if need be is a wonderful courtesy extended when needed.

Again I have returned to this dealership to make another used car purchase. As in my last transaction the service couldn’t have been more smoother more efficient or more friendly to deal with. I conduct most of my transaction online or by means of texting and email. All of my questions were answered promptly and to the best of the sales associates knowledge at that time. When I arrived in person to complete my online transaction I was immediately greeted by a sales associate never waited more than long enough to complete my my paperwork and ultimately finalize my purchase . I highly recommend this dealership If someone is shopping for used car or even a new car for that matter. To date my experience has been very positive. And I Look forward to my next car purchase.

So... I found our car online and decided to go take a look at it on-site at Acura of Boston. It was a great price and exactly the car we wanted. When I walked I to the dealer, I was approached immediately and asked if I needed any help. In the two minutes it took that help to get to me, two other people also asked if I needed help, great service. Ed Martens was my Sales Executive, yes executive as he was beyond professional and knowledgeable. Car was Great as well as the price, they have a no haggling policy, I did my homework and understand why, their prices are what you get after what you go through at other dealerships when the sales guy goes to the sales manager 10 times. :). When I decided to buy the car I overheard a young lady sitting at the next table say "that's it, done, that was easy", I ended up saying the same when my deal was done. I would be hard pressed to buy a car anywhere else in the future. Ed was great, met the GM when he thanked me for the purchase and he even stuck around to talk, finance guy was impeccable (no finance interest games either to make up for your trade-in). Insane warranty deals that was Almost too good to be true, new and used. BTW, I bought a used BMW, not even an Acura but was treated like I had bought their flagship vehicle. If you're buying new or used, try there, you will buy there. They also delivered my car to Hampstead NH, honest, not making this up.

This is my third time at this dealership and the same salesperson. My experience was great. The booking was hassle free and my car experience went smoothly. The salesman, Gavin, followed up with me and kept me abreast of everything to do with my car, he was detailed in what they were doing and what needed to be done and what was already done. Gavin also made suggestion regarding my car which was very helpful to me and because of his help I had no anxiety during my car fixing experience. I appreciate the loaner car and the free wash and vacuum. Because of the professionalism of the salesman and his great help and the wonderful service offered I will continue to use the dealer for my car repair and service. Thanks guys!!

Andy was fabulous at accurate Boston. He helped navigate the services that needed such as a new turbo, brakes, suspension, .etc .I did not feel any pressure . Andy was very concerned and helped me find a lower cost of turbo. He reviewed the pros and cons and let me decide the next steps. The overall experience was fabulous. One of the best service for car repair. I got a great loaner and everyone was very nice. I will definitely return to accurate Boston and seek out my favorite sales person Andy

Service team was amazing. Pleasant, polite and professional. Shuttle driver really went above and beyond. Made the poor guy wait 10 minutes during rush hour but he was understanding and helpful. It's so nice to drop your car off on the way to work, get a shuttle and have it ready on your way home. I can't imagine having to go in on a Saturday and wait.
