Representative Traci is one of the most courteous and knowledgeable representatives that I've come across. Her customer service exceeded my expectations as she was relentless in effort to find my parts. I recommend this Parts Warehouse and ask for Traci's help if she's available. If not, the other representatives are also exceptional, but my experience with Traci was outstanding. They'll do their best to source the part at the best price if it's available to their inventory.

Parts here seem to be of good quality, parts people seem to know what they are doing. However they take 10 years to get deliveries. I mean they are less than 1 mile away. Why can't deliveries be done within 2 hours if it's in stock? I just don't understand why the drivers are so slow.

I don't review often but this place is so, SO great. They were really kind and helpful when I was super stressed out. The repairs took exactly as long as they estimated and the work was done perfectly. Don't even think about it - go to Heritage and get your car taken care of.

Nathan, is awesome. Their customer service is top notch they helped me with a rear LP light so it could get inspected. Since my wife likes to run into things I will definitely be back to see them.
I had a great experience here. My wife had her car hit in the side while in a parking lot. Nathan was great in getting our car in, a quote out to us, and seeing it through to the end! They fixed the door and the paint matches perfect to the rest of the car (hard to do on a metallic black car). I won't go anywhere else from now on!
I brought my car in for an appointment for a very minor fix of the license plate bracket. The service person treated me wonderfully, fixed the problem beautifully and charged only a handshake for his efforts. This is what business used to be like decades ago. I give this place my top endorsement. In fact, I have never written a review of a business prior to this but was so moved by the wonderful care that I needed to share my experience.
When my car was rear ended, I looked for a body shop that would do a professional job at a fair price. I found Heritage and couldn't be happier with the results. They did a great job fixing the trunk and matching the color to the rest of the car. Jason and his team are polite, professional and know what they are doing. Plus I like supporting local businesses.
IMPRESSIVE! bring your car here if you are in need of repair. these guys went above and beyond to make me happy. polite service. they constantly contacted me to keep me updated through the process. they stayed late and did extra work just to make sure it was right and on time and that I was happy. you won't be sorry you used them. it was a zero hassle process from start to finish which means a lot when you're already frustrated from wrecking your car. I will use them EVWRY time!
