The receptionist has been there for years and always has a smile for me, she is awesome! Reasonable prices for good dentures! Just make sure you get a warranty. My flex denture feels great but a tooth came out and I had to pay for the repair. Otherwise I would recommend them!

This was a major decision for me and I found the entire staff to be indifferent and extremly impatient with my questions and concerns. I left with more concerns than I went in with. I went in looking for options , and a personal dentist opinion on options. The dentist walked in and made a couple of statements, then walked out. I thought surely he is not finished with me, but he never came back. Instead a staff member came in with 2 price sheets. Then she showed me two sets of sample dentures, that really concerned me. Hopefully these are not true examples of their work. They both were crude and poor examples, I hope. They need to remember, to let new patients know, that dentures will not look at all, like real teeth. Perhaps if they had prepared me emotionally, for the quality of the look of dentures, I would have been better able to accept the samples she showed me. Her response to me was, "well they are plastic". I was very concerned, and she did nothing to ease my concern, about the final look of their dentures. I would think they would take more time, in having their lab, create more attractive examples , so clients who are going from real teeth to dentures, are eased into this new change. I think the dentist should be the one to present examples, and explain the pros and cons of wearing dentures. The office needs to remember, they are the experts, and we need more time with the dentist, not a staff member. I had many questions about the process. This is where most problems begin. Failure to disclose and explain thoroughly, so there are no problems. In addition, I was surprised that they wanted full payment before they started. I was not impressed, and I certainly do not recommend them to anybody, who is having to make the transition, to cheap plastic dentures, as the staff member indicated to me. I have no confidence in this group. They were not a warm, open and inviting office.

Had a bad experience they corrected the problem. But who loses not 1 but 2 teeth in 2 days in less than 4 months.. Not sure what went wrong but I didn't think I would have such a hard time getting some good fitting dentures

Dr. Alexander is amazingly confident, expert and proficient. The idea of installing little metal post where my teeth had been was, frankly, intimidating. BUT DR.ALEXANDER made the whole experience surprisingly comfortable.

Very friendly, caring, understanding and knowledgeable staff. Very clean and organized office. WORLD'S BIGGEST CHICKEN and they put me at ease. Plan to get the procedure done in the next couple of weeks.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The doctor patiently went over all my options with detailed pros and cons of each. I would highly recommend them, and I look forward to getting my work done there.

Upon arrival you come into the office the receptionist is very courteous and professional.The office is very clean. Dr. Alexander is very professional and qualified,shows concern for his patients. His assistant Tiffany is also qualified at her duties and Bree. Very good atmosphere in the office. Have recommended to family and friends.

I usually take a pass on these reviews but the service l recieved along with professional attitude along with a sense of humor and a dentist that can sing at no extra charge is a new one. I was seen at the schedule time, excellent attitude, and even though its very busy they treat you like you are the most important person in the building. I was truly impresses something that is not that often in my book. Price is best around. I would give it a 5* on a 4* scale.

My mom went to this place in Austin because her friend highly recommended it. She was very happy and appreciative with the staff and the doctor. They didn’t try to make her pay a lot and instead just helped her fix her dentures. And they fit perfectly. We tried the one in Georgetown and they wanted to charge her $5000. My mom only paid about $260+. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!
