Great experience. Everyone is very nice and helpful in trying to get me into the vehicle that I had been wanting for YEARS!! And they succeeded, a Veloster Turbo!! If you're looking for a vehicle, you ought to check them out. For those of you who said that they are rude, did you ever consider that perhaps they're just really busy!!??

This is an update to my 5 star rating of albuquerque auto outlet. We got an suv which at this point i have mixed feelings. We needed to boost our credit which indeed it has. Yes the vehicles there are over priced. Our suv had damage as if it had been in prior accident not reported. After 6 mos of weekly payments the check engine came on. Now it says it has cylinder 1 misfire. Replaced coil pack and complete tune up. Light still on. Apparently something else is wrong. 2nd issue exhaust manifold bolts need to be replaced and 2 are broken off. According to dealer mechanic broken bolts have been there for a long long period of time. Engine coolant is disappearing with no visible leak nor overheating. Oil is fine. Honestly if you are looking for a vehicle and in desperate need and no one else will finance you then yes they will help you. GET THE WARRANTY. Julie is very helpful and understanding. Salesman are great. My honest opinion.
I got a suv from them .the engine light came on 3 days after I got it took it back so they could find the problem. They told me they didn't have time to check it out that day took it back 3 other times and got a run around. Gave the SUV back . They never fixed it appnd the trun me in to the credit union drop 136 points. I will never send anyone there for a car. They are shady and crooksc.
They are really fair on the price and they treat you like family.
Worst place to go for a car, not only do they overcharged you, but they will keep putting hard inquiries on your credit report! Not just once but 10 times is what I have from this one company so far! I was young and dumb. The car I got was worth $1,000 and they had me sign a contract for $14,000 on a 2001 car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They will tell you all the bad reviews are from people who are angry in the moment, it’s been over 2 years and they are still doing negative things to me. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Paul, the manager, took advantage of me when I was 18-years-old and desperately needed a car. I came to his office with little knowledge about interest rates and auto loans. This was not my fault as I was merely a kid. Paul created a contract for me with an APR of 28(the illegal rate is 32%!) on a car that was worth $3500 on Kelly Blue Book. I would have ended up paying $27,000 for this car when I finished the payments. This business is not ran by good ethics, morals, or values and does not represent a business I would take my money to. Paul will take advantage of you for his own profit, DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY! The worst part about it was he had one of his sons at work with him when I was there. This man is breeding and teaching his offspring to have the same mistreatment of people, manipulation, lies, lack of remorse or guilt, lack of conscience, lack of morality, cold heartedness, and self-serving. I hope he gets what’s coming to him.

Worst place to buy a car. They overcharge you, and scam you especially if you’re a young person. They charged me 14,000$ on a car worth 1,000$. I encourage to go on Kelly blue book to get the right price for a car and negotiate from there if you do decide to buy from AAO, it will still be the worst mistake of your life, but it’ll be the best chance you have to not get overcharged and scammed.
These guys are great They will work to get you in a car or truck of your choice and my favorite person is Julie I recommend doing business with her she's just out right amazing thank you so much Julie for everything you've done
