I have been buying a vehicle from them for over 2 years and never missed a payment. Was told can trade in at 18 months. Tried to do so and they still wanted $1500 down. So no credit for what was paid into it. After returning and speaking with the GM. Things have been corrected and they were able to help. Long process but taken care of.

You know this was my first time here at Nevada Auto Sales and I've gotta say it was the easiest and most comfortable experience I've ever had at a dealership you know dealerships try to run scams but not these guys 😇 Thank you Scott Coleman! This is the 4th car we have purchased from Nevada Auto Sales, and have never had a problem. This time we went to an SUV that was big enough to put 2 wheelchairs in. Last car got us into the same century, this one into the same decade. 😊. We received GREAT service from Scott C. The even set up a special area to complete the paperwork because my wife couldn’t go up the stairs. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Scott Coleman and the sales team there were SUPERB!!! There was NEVER any pressure from anyone and they answered all my questions and they were able to help us get into a great affordable vehicle, and said several times they would rather us get into a vehicle that didn't stretch us thin. We were approved for more but advised to not spend more than necessary. The finance Mngr was very thorough and clear, Jeff covered all rhe bases well. I am not a fan of the car buying process, but this time it was no stress at all. THANKS GUYS!
