Great customer service. Jude was great!
I wasted a lot of time over haggling with financing terms. Find out what they can approve you for BEFORE you go to the lot or choose a vehicle. Typical bait and switch. Tried to push me into a higher down, higher rate, higher payment, less months, than the other two dealerships I was qualified at. Nice inventory of vehicles, but if you need to finance, you can do better elsewhere. I'm buying a Jeep this week, unfortunately they are not going to be selling it!

I purchased a 2011 Mercedes C63 AMG from this sub par used car dealership. Sorry for long story but made it as short as possible. The car had some issues starting with squealing brakes and then electrical issues. It was like pulling teeth to get them to fix the brakes as they kept telling me the high pitch squealing from the brakes was normal, which it wasn't. They finally took care of the brakes but after going back and forth with everyone from the service dept. to GM to the Owner. Then the car had multiple electrical issues which one was fixed and the other was only made worse when I took it in to them to get it diagnosed. It was never fixed by them. I was told to take it to Mercedes by both the GM and owner cause they didn't have the proper equipment to diagnose. The GM told me they would help cover some of the costs of what Mercedes finds. Well I take it to Mercedes and it needed a new battery, a voltage regulator and a fuse box. Well before I took it to Mercedes the service rider tells me they hooked up 2 battery jumpers to the car (one to the front jumper spot and the other to the battery) to try and get the car to start. Well what that did was over power the electrical system and fried one of the main fuse boxes. Well Mercedes tells me someone over powered the electrical system and that is why the fuse box fried. That interesting it matched exactly what the service writer from M&F told me they did before I took it to Mercedes hmmm...sound like M&F did something wrong here?? Well M&F tried blaming it on me saying it was my fault and they had nothing to do it. All in all it cost me over $1200 in parts from Mercedes and M&F told me they would not cover any of it but earlier the GM explained to me on the phone to take it to Mercedes and they would help out with some of the cost. I would been ok if they even at least paid for the part they fried but no, the owner Mike, who was completely rude and very inconsiderate did not want to take any responsibility in the issue. It was very unfortunate situation cause I had also sent someone else to buy a another Mercedes from then which they did and I had more people to send them, but not after how I was treated. I was lied to and made to feel that it was my fault. WARNING!! BUYER BEWARE!! Trust me go somewhere else not worth your hard earned money but if you do decide to heed my warning and decide to purchase a vehicle from them make sure to get anything they say in writing at the very least cause they WILL go back on the word and they WILL NOT honor what they say.
My husband and I were very pleased with the treatment we received while purchasing our new truck. Our salesman was Tom Nethery. He did an outstanding job of explaining and answering all of our questions about the vehicle. Due to a few issues with the truck, Tom took us to the service department and we met with Bill Angelino. Bill took care of all the issues with the truck and all problems have been resolved. We would like to extend a thank you to Tom, Bill, and your management saff.

Needed a car ASAP. I inquired on a Friday and Tom contacted me the same day asking what I was looking to get into. Saturday after about an hour and a half I was driving off in my new car. Thanks Tom for making it happen and making the process painless. Would recommend.
I was in need of a new vehicle because of an accident i was in, and had no transportation, I called up M and F Auto and explained my situation, within 30 minutes i had a staff member (Reuben Trujillo) come to my house and pick me up to take me car shopping, he showed me around and answered all my questions,he was very patient, he worked with me and helped me to get the payments that I could afford. He showed exceptional customer service. If your in need of a vehicle ask for Reuben. All the staff at M and F are awesome, you don't get that pushy saleman that you get everywhere else, they treat you the way a customer deserves to be treated, the best part is that they are honest, there's no BS like other places, they will go above and beyond to make you happy. They have a great selection of nice vehicles. Thank you M and F Auto, you are the best in town, that's why I keep going back.
I went to M&F auto and had Anthony help me at this location, he went above & beyond in order to get me the car I wanted even though I didn’t have the best if credit, he still made sure that I got it with very low payments & gap insurance for a year. He was very professional and also very funny. Will definitely recommend to any one who’s looking for a car!

We have used M and F' s service Department on Coors ever since we bought our first Audi . And they have been outstanding! They are always honest on what work needs to be done and what what work doesn't . I have nothing but good things to say!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I just bought my Lexus from Jude at M&F it was a great experience same could not be said for some of the other dealerships I went to. At M&F Jude, treated me so well i left with the car less than hour to get deal done so if you want a fair deal and to be treated like you matter better go to M&F ask for Jude
