the rating is for the business. it should be two stars but they managed to get about two good guys in there. crystal and the guy that used to do tae kwon do (I think he might've gone to another company now though). i've learned it's more about the staff than the company. this firm needs to treat its people better. that said, i have another prescription for PT. i'm not going back here. i'm going to find out where the tae kwon do dude ended up and get my care from there. whoever hires talent and cares to retain talent gets my return business.
