As everyone already knows in America cost of dentistry and medicine is high, well, here in Austin I am only student and with a very limited income, we have no insurance ... the dental team is great, super attentive, extremely professional and competent and The best of all fair price, the same practiced in my country ... I do not speak the language fluently and I was helped by Rafael who speaks Spanish, super educated and attentive and competent ... so if you still have doubts of that place do not hesitate Visit them, it is satisfaction guarantee!
My 8 year old had surgery here and we saw Dr. Quaroni. He and the rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. I truly felt that my daughter was in the best hands possible. They treated us like we were part of their family and really put any previous fears I had at ease. I would absolutely recommend Austin Oral Surgery to my family and friends. Thank you!!
When making my appointment for a consultation I asked how long will my appointment take and they said only about 15 minutes. My appointment was set for 2:45, I filled all the paperwork before hand and I have been sitting here for 1 hour and still haven't been seen. Now I am late for my son's gymnastics and he is bored out of his mind sitting next to me.
What an amazing facility and friendly staff. I had spent most of my day at another clinic office only to find out last minute that my insurance company wasn't covered at that location even though I had previously called to confirm the day before. I was in extreme pain and needed a tooth pulled so when they told me that I was extremely discouraged. As I was walking back to my car I noticed Austin Oral maxillofacial surgery had a clinic in the same health center. I decided to take a risk and see if they could help me. I was happy to hear that my insurance was covered and they were willing and able to squeeze me in after hearing my case. I just got to say thank you for helping and I highly recommend their services.

Had major surgery done, couldn't be happier with the results. Recovery was the fastest for any surgery I have had, was able to talk the next day and had no pain or problems! Dr. Quaroni was the best and if I could do it all over again I would choose to without a doubt. Great attentiveness at the hospital, A+ care, A+ for the work. His experience pays off 1,000 times over.
My experience here was very bad. It began when I was referred by my dentist for a wisdom teeth extraction. The office did not run my insurance coverage before I came in for the appointment. So at the end of the appointment, I was told that I was not covered and had to pay $100 out of pocket although I have both full Dental and Health Insurance coverage through BlueCross BlueShield and MetLife (respectively) as well has a Health Savings Account. I was then told that I would have to switch dentists in order to get a referral from a dentist who was covered before I could get my procedure done. This turned out not to be true. I then called in to try to reschedule the appointment and have my insurance re-verified, as I had spoken with MetLife Dental and was specifically told the my procedure would be covered at this location. When I called in to Austin Oral Surgery for help, I was repeatedly put on hold. I finally was able to reschedule an appointment and was told that I would get a call back when my insurance had been re-verified and taken care of. No call back. On my last attempt to get everything take care of, I was again placed on hold repeatedly for extended periods of time. I was told that if I came in for my appointment, I would have to pay over $3000 out of pocket and that the office was unwilling to re-verify my insurance after MetLife had specifically told me that my expenses would be covered at this location. I spent $100 dollars and hours of my life for this location to tell me that there was nothing they could help me with. It's unfortunate, and normally I do not leave such negative reviews like this. But in this situation, I had to make an exception because I felt taken advantage of and had my time repeatedly wasted.
Got my wisdom teeth removed here. Went very well ans doctor was very friendly.
