Dr. Metz is a brilliant surgeon who is at the top of his game. He is talented, humble, and empathetic. The entire staff is there to make the procedure a positive experience. Tori, Dr. Metz's scheduling assistant, is an angel who is there 24/7 to answer any and all concerns. Eli was very comforting as the surgical assistant. Just knowing that she was going to be by my side throughout the entire procedure was a tremendous help. Then there was my nurse, Allison, who expertly gave me a wonderful "cocktail" mixture of drugs without me even knowing. OMSH runs like a fine tuned instrument. Every detail of the surgery is thoughtfully executed. All you have to do is show up.

The staff is always so pleasant and professional. They always call to remind about upcoming appointments and they always call afterwards to checkup. Both of my children have had their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Orfanos.

Without a doubt, OMSH is the best place to be for your oral surgery needs. The staff is incredible with making the appointments as easy as possible, specifically Courtney. Courtney in the front can answer any question thoroughly and intelligently, making it easy to trust the office. Dr. Shelley Seidel is my surgeon and I recommend her to friends, family,and acquaintances. She is an extremely thorough and kind surgeon. She really puts me at ease when it comes time for procedures. All of the assistants are kind, helpful and make the appointments go by quickly. Going to the oral surgeon is not my first choice, but the entire office really makes it an enjoyable experience. I trust all three surgeons with their treatment, and appreciate their bedside manner and helpfulness. Thank you OMSH for EXCELLENT patient care! Best in town!

Just had 4 teeth removed by Dr Shelly Seidel.. My feeling now is amazing. Dr Seidel is a brilliant surgeon, the staffs were great. I didn't even now the procedure was finished. Thank you guys so much! I'm glad I was there.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. I took my son to have his wisdom teeth removed in July 2016 per recommendation from a friend. I was very impressed with the office and quality of the care that he received. Doctor Metz was the one that preformed extraction, he did a great job. My son recovered very quickly with out any problems. Staff was so prompt and present that I must say is one of the best experiences that I have in the dentist office.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. Not only will you wait forever at your appointment to be seen the place is so disorganized that nobody knows what’s going on there including the doctor. Speaking of the doctor, Dr Metz, is arrogant and rude and will try to convince you to get treatment that is not needed just to put money in his pocket. The insurance lady is rude and never gets back to you as promised. Then when you do finally get in touch with her -because you have to repeatedly call the office to even get someone to answer- she gives you attitude on the phone just because she does not want to do her job and makes excuses why she doesn’t have the information as promised. My husband and I went to another oral surgeon for a second opinion because we were so dissatisfied with this office. The second opinion my husband received was an honest one plus the doctor and the staff were amazing and friendly. Oh and by the way Dr Metz also told my husband he was going to need extra “build up” for his implant which in fact he did not because he recently had his implant placed successfully elsewhere without all the supposed extra stuff needed that Dr Metz lied about. Please save your time and money and do NOT go to this office. This is by far the WORST office my family has ever been to.

I am 25 years old and I’m in the medical field myself. So, I truly appreciate when another practice takes care of their patients so well! I had my wisdom teeth taken out TODAY and I could not recommend Dr. Metz more! He’s very knowledgeable and answered any concerns I had since I have TMJ I was weary. But, he made me feel very at ease and I immediately trusted I was in good hands. My nurse Sharon and assistant Sula were so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable. Nurse Sharon was so personable and treated me so well. This has been the easiest experience for a surgical procedure that I’ve ever been through! Scheduling my pre-op, surgery day, and post-op appointments was so easy. I was able to stay in contact with their insurance person very easily and she helped me understand my benefits. Go see them!

Thank you Dr. Orfanos! After 2 failed dental implants by another surgeon, I went to OMSH and met with Dr. Orfanos. He was very kind and answered all of my questions and he understood my concerns about a 3rd attempt dental implant. I felt very comfortable with having him perform the procedure and the result was successful and I cannot thank him enough:) Overall experience at OMSH was a good one, the staff is friendly, no long wait times and nice office. Highly recommend.

I was referred over due to a cavity in a wisdom tooth that was very painful. Dr. Orfanos delayed leaving to go out of town in order to do a wisdom tooth extraction and get me out of pain on the spot. He and his nurse took great care of me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Seidel was WONDERFUL! I had no pain after my surgery at all, and I had 4 wisdom teeth removed as well as another molar. Everyone was very professional and the nurses are lovely. I wish I would have done the surgery sooner, and not been in pain as long as I was. This is the place to go!! :)
