I went in for a consultation. They told me that my insurance did not cover my x-rays. I felt pressure to get the x-rays done. I called my insurance they said they covered the x-rays with other oral surgeons. I was not informed that this practice was not in my network with them; then they told me 25% was covered for x-rays, when originally they said it was not covered. I had to pay for my x-ray, and they would not give me the original x-ray, after I told them I was not going to be a patient. I did not like my experience there. Dr. Gordon was horrible towards the end. He kept repeating "what don't' you understand". I would not recommend this practice. I felt very uncomfortable .

Took my son to have his wisdom teeth removed. All staff were great, very helpful and courteous. Dr. Shedlosky was very thorough on explaining the procedure, post-op instructions and information for any questions. They called the following day to follow-up and check on his status. Very happy and pleased with our visit!

Dr. Mike Shedlosky is truly the very best! He is extremely gentile, patient and genuinely cares for your well being while in his chair. I was extremely nervous about the wisdom tooth removal under sedation. His calming voice and assured confidence was comforting in itself. I knew I was was in the best care possible. The results were amazing with minimal pain or discomfort. The healing process is going great as expected with Excellent quality service I received. The Staff provides SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend this team for any and all Oral procedures. Thank you all so much!
