From the first phone call I made to Avalon to the last dish washed at our party, Avalon's service was perfect. Laura was my main point of contact until the night of the party when Carolyn was the lead service member. They were wonderful and the food was delicious. They quoted in a timely fashion, checked-in between the time of contract and date of event, re-confirmed everything was still correct, showed up on time the night of the event, and took everything from there. I could not be happier with their service. I HIGHLY recommend Avalon Catering for any event. Ours was for 75 people and we had more than enough. They definitely created an unforgettable experience. Avalon Catering is simply the BEST! From out of town, I planned my son's 30th birthday party, and Avalon made it so easy: their staff was always accessible and quickly responsive; they created an amazingly delicious buffet menu (including a variety of items to satisfy vegetarian guests); suggested a wonderful company to provide rental items; and coordinated their presentation items to complement my son and daughter-in-law's home decor -- which they had not even seen yet! Furthermore, on the day of the event, Avalon surpassed my highest expectations. The food was mouth-wateringly delicious and their presentation was beautiful. Most important, Charles and his team of seasoned professionals executed the event in a seamless fashion, helping in a variety of ways, both seen and unseen. In the words of my son: 'Best birthday party EVER.' Thank you, Avalon, for making it so memorable!
I would highly recommend Avalon Catering. Ann was amazing to work and coordinate with and we had a taco/fajita bar at our wedding and the food was excellent! The presentation was beautiful and the staff was efficient, experienced and super friendly.
We had Avalon Catering as our food service for our wedding at Kimball Hall in Roswell. My favorite was mango wrapped with prosciutto as an appetizer - delicious! Some other favorites were the springer mountain chicken, the collard greens, buttermilk biscuits, and the grilled sirloin steak - a must have! The food was fantastic, the staff were very friendly & we would definitely use them again when we have another event! Thank you Ann, we couldn't have picked a better caterer!
Avalon is a full service caterer that I have used multiple times for corporate and personal events. Their staff from Ann in sales to the various chefs and wait staff are truly amazing. They are dedicated to doing an amazing job and really think thru all the details. Most importantly, the food is fresh, unique and very tasty. I highly recommend using Avalon for your next event, regardless of size or venue. You will love their creativity, professionalism and personalized service!
The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and the wedding went off without any problems, thanks to Avalon! Everyone who came from Avalon was sweet, considerate and generous - I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with all of you! This was our second wedding catered by Avalon and I would not go elsewhere. High marks to all!
I have only positive things to say about our experience with Avalon! They catered our daughter's wedding but they really did so much more. The food served at the buffet was delicious and plentiful, and was presented well. However, the food wasn't even the best part; the staff was amazing! The service they provided was professional while always presenting a positive and cooperative attitude. I am so happy that we made the choice to hire Avalon for this special event
The whole event was like a dream. It was way beyond anything we had imagined. The food was delicious and the service was fabulous. My family was in awe, I can not thank you enough for making my daughter's dream wedding a reality.

Avalon provided us with the most fantastic wedding reception experience we could imagine! The vegetarian cuisine was perfect and enjoyed by all! Every detail was exactly as promised and then some! From the beginning of the process to the end, they were wonderful and helpful to us! 😊
