When I first moved to Georgia 2 years ago and found out about this place I was thrilled. Recently within the past few months I've stopped going to this particular location because of how rude the customer service is. Very nonchalant I don't give a f*** about you type of personality. She. You are getting rung up no conversation snatching the product ringing and full blown conversations with other employees. I work in retail I have some knowledge of how you should be treated as a customet. You don't have to be cheery but at least put respect on it. Damn. But I love the variety of items y all carry. Needs better help with employees. That can really drive your customers away...

One of my favorite places to shop for hair care products. I don't think there's anything they don't carry... & sometimes it's a great find for clothes as well...

Very organized and a wide variety of items/ products to choose from. Just be prepared to do a lot of waiting, there is construction going on and it's always a wait getting in and out. Approximately 10-20 mins each way.

My review is no different than others before me. This place has everything but the customer service is terrible. They are not helpful and don't care. I will have to drive farther into the city for comparable selection but thatat better than letting someone treat you like trash when your dollars literally feed their family.

Very helpful customer service....I came in the store completely lost looking for products for my wife. The manager was very busy and took the time to come and help me when one of the employees called her to help. They didn't have the product I was looking for but the manager told me of something else that my wife ended up loving. As a man we don't like to shop in a big store like this but I had a great experience. I'll be coming back to this store for whatever my wife needs. Also please carry products that she likes.

Sales people were not very helpful. I truly felt, like I was bothering them with my questions. I didn't feel like my business was appreciated. To sum up this visit, the store was out of stock, of the hair, I wanted to buy. I was not told of any similar items or other options, nor was I told when, the hair would be in stock. Customer Service was lousy. The store was closing and I felted rushed but the lady, in the wig department, did assist me in purchasing a wig that was markdown down by 30%, so, I am very appreciative, of her kindness.

So many great products, and really helpful staff. I found a ton of natural beauty supplies, as well as cute clothes, grooming tools, and quality hair care. They also have an amazing wig selection, and affordable makeup galore. A must-visit and my new favorite one stop beauty shop.
