Born and raised in the black hair capital, Detroit Michigan; Toni Neal displayed a passion for hair at a very young age. Toni watched her mother, a cosmetology teacher, and helped her grandmother, a salon owner, for close to a decade.

I had my hair done by the amazing Heather Lenore. She was so awesome. She explained each process before it happened and made sure I understood everything. I have never had hair extensions before and they look so natural and in so in love with them. She did so good. The whole salon makes you feel like family. It's fun. You will have a great time and look amazing.
Toni and her assistant Margo are great!!! The professionalism, nice salon, and most importantly my "unit" is beautiful.
From starting with the owner as my stylist (Toni) to my current stylist (Heather), I have had a great experience and you are extra fabulous when you leave! Weaves, natural hair, color, crochet braids and relaxers, I have done them all with Salon Theory.
Beautiful new salon space in the heart of East Atlanta! Heather's microlink extensions last forever! All the staff are sweet and accommodating. Reasonably priced too!
I love coming here to get my hair done. Heather is awesome and always makes you feel and look great! She is awesome and I will keep returning for as long as she is doing hair!! :)
Let me tell you about this chick! I'm sure the previous review from Cornelius is correct! 3 years ago her stylist Kim overprocessed my daughter's color which was supposed to be RED and it came out A LITE PINK! My daughter's hair was falling out right in the chair after she washed it! I had to go to another salon right after and get her hair treated. All this raggedy owner did was make excuses for their error. Now, had it not been for my daughter begging me not to go upside their heads, I would have taken it way back to NY and put my foot in their A. And how about now in 2018, just yesterday I get a text message from her stylist Kim who has now moved to Snob Life Hair Salon. I told that chicken don't EVER text my phone AGAIN! I GO TO GOCHA HAIR SALON ..... TREANA~ THATS WHO BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER HAIR BACK TO LIFE!
I have been Heather's client for about 3 years and she is absolutely AMAZING! As a new Georgia resident, it took months for me to find a stylist I could trust and a salon that made me feel comfortable. Everyone here is friendly and what I I LOVE is...my 1 PM apt. with Heather is a 1 PM apt. with Heather. So refreshing!!! She respects my time and my wishes when it comes to styles. As for color and highlights, Heather is a master. I highly recommend this salon and this stylist.
I am so happy I was recommended to Salon Theory. Everyone is very nice. I especially love my stylist Heather. She is very knowledgeable, creative and makes it a point to address any concerns I may have. I have been Heather's client for over 9 months and I have always walked out a HAPPY client.
Heather is great at matching extensions to the color and texture of your hair. She really knows what she's doing.
I didn't have an appointment but wanted to stop by to see wigs and tape-ins. I was thrilled when they took the time to answer all my question. Apparently this is spot to be, they even had one of the Real House Wives of Atlanta there.. I think it was Kenya .. Everyone there is so nice and the prices were pretty good too..I only wish I found them earlier. Thanks Icon I'll be back soon
