Efficient and friendly staff in a nice facility. Small but very well done changing rooms with lockable storage so you're things are safe while you're getting scanned. I'm going to keep them in mind anytime I need something done.

The entire experience here is phenomenal. Their facility is very clean, the people are extremely professional, and the technicians are the most engaged technicians I have ever seen. The ear buds work great, which for MRI is critically important to comfort. The last part is their reporting is incredibly detailed. They spend an enormous amount of time getting your report finished accurately and in detail so your doctor can make a real assessment for you. For those of us who live in constant pain, knowing that you are getting the best care is really important.

Ridiculous service, if you aren't asian. We get it, you're in Chinatown and a majority of your customers are Chinese but its very inappropriate to not even acknowledge other customers. Also frequent excuse is tech is not available.

Called to ask for information, the lady (sounded Asian) on the phone was absolutely rude and uninterested on providing any help. If over the phone they are like that I don't want to know how it is to be in their office and request services. Won't be going there.

This center will ask you to pay for a service even it is covered under insurance. Then they will never refund the money even they receive insurance reimbursement. It is a Scam!

This place asked for cash but they did not post the sign. I have waited for 1 week to get a CD copy of my MRI but secretary told me the doctor has not release. I just asked for MRI copy it is not result . I need to have a copy for my specialist to look at it. This place is very bad place to come

On a good note, the service was fast. On another, they don't "allow" you to even ask a question unless you have signed in and waited to be called. I heard them tell several customers that there were other people in front of them and they would literally point to their sign in sheet. How rude is that?! Then having to wait an hour or so just to ask a question or make an appointment? Very rude service!

Very good professionals, nice and fast (if you are on time and have an appointment) super clean. Very busy at times so I recomend to make your appointments over the phone. I admit front desk needs a bit of improvement. Good prices.
