I have never dealt with a salvage yard before but I will be using this company again. I was greeted with a warm smile and Shawna really helped me out on the price. She recommended a wonderful shop around the corner and gave me an outstanding warranty. I will definitely be a return customer!!

UNPROFESSIONAL NIGHTMARE I spoke to Christina and ordered an engine for a customer on a Thursday. I explained that it was imperative the engine be delivered the next day. They assured me it would be delivered Friday. They would not allow me to pay with my credit card and was instructed to wire the money. I said "Fine." I had to leave my office and go to the bank, pay an additional wire fee and sent the money immediately. My customer called me furious the following Tuesday asking me where the engine was! When I called Beltsville, they were very nonchalant and totally unapologetic. The engine was finally delivered the following Wednesday. Beltsville Auto Recyclers is the worst yard I have ever dealt with. Unbelievably Bad!

Very helpful and parts are reasonably priced. They will help u out and take care of u.

Needed air bag made for 1992 Buick Roadmaster he was the only one That had it an the color he held for two days because I was out of town.

Shawna was very helpful and friendly and got me what I needed for a better price than other yards I called. I was going to pick the part up myself, but she told me they would deliver it to the shop I'm getting the work done at for free. I hope I don't need any more parts replaced on my car, but I will definitely call them first if I do.

They do not return your core deposit. It's been a week and they have yet to return my $325.00 deposit. I was told the core was picked up Wednesday and the deposit would be put back on my acct. immediately. Then I was told yesterday the core was picked up on Thursday? Today is Tuesday April 2 and still no deposit. Obviously what I am saying is true or my money would be in the bank. It shouldn't take a week!

staff is awesome I deliver a variety of car parts from Box 2 Doors 2 Motors to Transmissions and their staff is always happy to help me unload and load my truck thanks you guys you're awesome
