I walked into BH Cars and as soon as I opened the door I was greeted right away by the staff who were very friendly & helpful. I then proceeded to then speak to Brad I explained my financial situation. Brad was very helpful and honest and gave me some options that might be good for me.. I have to say I have been to 4 other dealerships today and each time came out of them frustrated but that changed as soon as I walked into BH Cars this is where I will be buying my car from and if any one wants to deal with good honest people who are not out to just make a buck and who honestly has your best interest in mind this is the Place you for sure need to go. I never right reviews but in this case I had to and I will refer all my family and friends here thank you to BH Cars and Brad and entire staff!!!!

This dealership has absolutely zero integrity and will rob their customers blind! I purchased a car from the dealership maybe 2 - 3 months ago and it has been a disaster! The salesperson (Rodger) never let us test-drive the car but kept saying how it was one owner and never been in an accident. We got the car and was told the car has a 30 day warranty on it. In that 30 days, the transmission started having problems and it was towed to them. I explained of all the issues the vehicle was having (noise from the engine, the odometer light does not work, transmission not working) and the only thing that was fixed was the bare minimum to make it run (transmission). I came back in because the engine started smoking and was basically told it is no longer their problem because it is out of warranty (although it was mentioned on more than one occasion) so basically I had to drive the car until it won't drive any further! Now I have to leave the car parked at a parking lot in a bad area (of course it would break down there!) until whenever!!! I am so sick of these shady car dealers who are only looking to take advantage of people! I refuse to pay another penny on a worthless car they they knew good and well had severe mechanical issues!!!

I bought a 2012 Honda Civic from this dealership and it was a great experience friendly people lots and lots of cars very patient and was able to get what I wanted for a decent price.The sales rap Vincent pluas was very nice and straightforward about the vehicles on the lot. And I was able to leave there with a beautiful Honda with low miles I highly recommend them for your next vehicle thanks guys!!

Very disrespectful place, filled with discrimination on blacks and hispanics. Came in with a brother looking for a good car. Was recommended and pointed towards a Old car and was told my “people” buy these “Junks” quoted. That I wasn’t ready to purchase a vehicle of my liking because of my income. Before the blonde bitch even looked at my pay stubs lol.. so we went to the dealer down near oakland park and 441 where we were treated with respect and also test drove the car of our likings. We wernt asked for paystubs and took the car we wanted the next fucking day! Big thanks to brian at his dealer.
