To be honest, I have an innate distrust of car dealerships. But so far, Brown's Honda is restoring my trust. I just bought a beautiful new-to-me car from Robert Hill last month. The car was everything he reported it to be; it is in immaculate condition. Sadly, however, after only owning the car for two weeks, I had trouble with not only starting it but also with the car SHUTTING OFF WHILE DRIVING IT. It was a bit of a hassle obtaining a diagnosis, having to go to the Subaru dealership, but manager Dennis White promised me Honda would fix the problem right away with no or minimal charge to me. The car was fixed well, and I have not experienced any more problems. Dennis did what he said he would do, and he not only FIXED the problem the very next day after I dropped it off, but he also followed through on his word to me: "We are not going to charge you." Maybe someday I will buy a brand new car - from BROWN'S HONDA!
Jennifer provides A1 service every time I am in for service. She is one of the reasons I continue to use the dealer for services. The service department continually gets my vehicle in and serviced in a timely fashion.
The Body Shop didn't excellent job on my father's truck, would recommend to anyone who needs any type of body work on their vehicle. You can't even tell and they even cleaned out the inside. Job very happy!

Not disclosed the problem in first visit, when I was returning after repair and paying around $500, the problem came again. I called them and they again asked me to send the car. After checking again, they confirmed different problems, repair of which is around $1600. No refund, no apologies, nothing, very unprofessional.
Browns Honda is amazing! if you are in a jam like I was myself, do not worry. Brown's can make it happen for you. Long story short I wasted A LOT of money going to a corner dealership and buying a used car. Not even two months after my purchase the car needed a lot of repairs just to be safe to drive again where it wouldn't completely break down on me. I didn't have the money to repair the car. I just bought it! Devastated and afraid, I took a chance and went to Honda. Immediately Rob went above and beyond to help me. I was not an easy customer, I had a few obstacles in the way. Not only did Rob help me, the manager Dennis and Mrs Nancy in finance all worked together collectively to get me in a much better SAFER car that will last me a long time. Everyone who assisted me went above and beyond to leave me feeling not only happy with my purchase but I didn't leave feeling ripped off or taken advantage of. I highly recommend Browns to everyone I know!

This is a genuine place for your car. They will not upsell you on anything. If your car have a specific problem, they'll let you know. They will not make up a problem just for money. Great customer service!
I was quoted a prince in email. It was a fantastic price, too good to be true! Turns out, I was right. I drove across town for my car and they withdrew the price. I don't care if it WAS an error on their part, they have lost a customer for life.
Recently purchased an Odyssey from there. We were moving from FL up to VA and when shopping around quotes they were the lowest. When we arrived at the dealership we were treated well and with no hassle. Everything was exactly as described on the phone. No hassle about purchasing extras. My sister-in-law had a similar experience at this dealership. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here! Great experience!
The service was great, everything was explained to me clearly and I was informed right away when they had to wait for a part for my car. I wasn't pushed into doing any unnecessary work, I was encouraged to look into my cars past work to figure out what needs to be done and was given a list, with prices, of what may need to be done. We have always had a good experience with this location and we are happy they would look at my car even though it's not a Honda.
