Worked with Joe to buy a hyundai. He gave excellent response, easy no pressure atmosphere. Gave me a good deal and cheaper financing than my usual bank. I will recommend to friends and will buy here again.
These guys are thieves... never payed my buddy, who is an ex marine by the way, for his truck. 6 months later still will not pay and say they have no recollection of the deal.. That is FRAUD.. I gave him my attorneys number today. My attorney will get to the bottom of this shady business.. believe the thief's name is Chris hatvey.. I'll correct later if wrong.. watch out for him and this place.. Do not sell your vehicle to this place
Went to Integrity in August and traded in my Mazda3 which was worth more than the loan I had out for it. Not only did integrity lie and say they would pay off my Mazda but they added that extra 4k to the loan for the BMW 428i that I purchased way over price. I am now 10k negative and cannot get out of this car. When I call about cancelling out warranties they avoid the conversation and tell me it’s too difficult of a process. Thanks Integrity.

I came into Integrity Automotive and found the staff to be incredibly welcoming, and understanding of my situation. Very helpful and attentive to my not knowing what I was really looking for in a vehicle, I know Vanessa and Sam must have thought I was the crazy lady, cause I couldnt decide on what exactly I wanted. I have been calling and emailing this business for 3 days now and have not heard back from them. Not even for a quote or anything. After so much talk on their website about wanting to improve the environment and make getting rid off vehicles easy, they really kinda suck. Don't waist your time with them. Not worth it.
