Poor book selection. Lots of neat religious gifts, but left a lot to be desired in terms of reading.

Great selection, limited quantities. Staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. If you want more than 3 of something, they can order it for you if you give a couple weeks' notice.

I understand that, though it's the holiday season, people want to go home on time. I don't understand a locked door with two minutes to closing. I also don't understand not making eye contact and sneering with your co-worker in front of a wannabe customer. I fail to comprehend the opposite of hospitality. Frankly, this puts me off visiting the actual cathedral, which is a shame; I'd wanted to experience their labyrinth.
